Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I am currently running for office, and made the terrible decision to order from signrocket.com. Every day is important on the campaign trail and my time has been wasted. I ordered 200 signs and received a call 5 days after ordering saying my file type for my design was not compatible with their programs. That issue was fixed but when I asked about expediting the order due to waiting 5 days to notify me I was told there would be a charge to expedite the order. Never again....

The signs I ordered looked nothing like the proofs I approved. The writing the smeared. The logo was offset. The wire stands were the only good thing. I called and emailed about it and was repeatedly put off. Ultimately, I had to fight the charge via paypal. I'll never use this company again and you shouldn't either.

It's very difficult to find a sign company that uses recyclable materials and offers the ability to make a small order with English on one side and Spanish on the other. Order came through beautifully, was labeled, and it's a union shop in the US. Everything I wanted.
