Purchased a 16 Passat and it drove great. Just a tiny bit of hail damage, got it for a great price. Totally new gas and breaks, very touchy but that’s my preference. A lady hit me and the car was totalled two weeks later. Went back to get another car and found a 16 mazda3. Luckily I got bumper to bumper warranty, because it smells like rotten eggs whenever I accelerate on the highway. Took it back in to get it fixed but it’s been some time and I’m almost positive the problem is still going on. Now it’s starting to smell worse but my warranty has expired so I cannot get it checked for free. The paint has also started peeling and is getting worse by the day. Cannot wait to sell this car. The reason for the high rating is because the workers are great. Even let my dog come to do some shopping with us. One guy I believe his name was Rick, had something to say because my dog is a pit bull, so he clearly wasn’t the best with customer service. Nate who I believe is the owner helped me search through the cars I was interested in and make a choice. Both cars he went down in price as well. Once my Mazda is sold I do plan to go purchase another car from here.

Purchased a vehicle (2013 Buick verano) Feb of 2017, been running ever since (now 2024) even after an accident the car is in perfect condition. Would recommend this dealer to everyone.

cars on their website are not available! will not let you inspect! they are ALL salvage titles. i called ahead and asked about looking at some cars, and asked if i could do a thorough inspection (im a mechanic, looking at cars with a friend), and they said sure come on in.
i get in, and all 5 cars that were on their website supposedly for sale were either already sold (did not list sold or pending on the website) or not available to purchase yet, he said you could "put a deposit down" and wait 2-3 weeks to purchase those. also i took my scan tool out to do a preliminary inspection and a guy driving around said "what are you doing with tools" i said i called ahead and they said i could inspect, his response was "we do a through inspection" yeah like im going to trust a place that only sells salvage vehicles to do an inspection for me. also i got the impression they wouldnt let you take them out on the highway.
i almost always avoid buying cars from dealers for these reasons, but this is probably the worst. i will never buy a car from anyone who wont let me or someone else inspect it and neither should you. dont bother with this place!

I strongly advise against visiting this dealership and purchasing any cars from them. In my opinion, they deserve a rating below zero stars. The vehicles they sell are all damaged, and the dealership is not honest about the mileage. If you plan to spend a significant amount of money on a car, it is better to buy a certified one with no issues. Most of the vehicles I checked had hail damage and should be considered salvageable. The car I was interested in showed a mileage of 41,000, but the actual mileage on the title was 105,000, which needs to be corrected.
Furthermore, they make copies of your driver's license when you visit, which is not a common practice in car dealerships. It is best not to give them your driver's license because we don't know if they could sell your information. It is better to avoid this dealership altogether, but if you decide to purchase a car from them, do so at your own risk.

Couldn't be happier with the car I purchased from East Side Auto. I worked with two different people and both made me feel welcome. They were knowledgeable and efficient with the paperwork and helping me find the car I wanted. Would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family and I will be back if I need another car.
