Shout out 1000000x to Ryan. Give this man a raise, a promotion, the keys to every UPS Store in the Midwest...elevate him!
Less than a day before a funeral, we were in need of printed programs after our original plan fell through. I called to five UPS Stores and all roads led to St Louis Park. I reached Ryan twenty minutes before the end of his shift.
He could have brushed me off. He could have said no. He could have easily closed his day and gone about his evening.
Ryan did not. He took on the task, moved quickly, and squeezed a giant order of programs in.
Because of Ryan, we were able to properly honor a great man. We were able to say goodbye. We were able to do it right.
Thank you, Ryan. He went above and beyond. Thank you.

Chris, an employee of the St. Louis Park, MN UPS store is a true gem.
He has packaged and mailed numerous valuable and very fragile family heirlooms for my trust client.
He is a professional in all aspects of his job.
