We were referred to The Phoenix by friends, and they have not disappointed us. The first two times we went there for small issues, but estimates from other shops were $300-500. The first issue they solved for $30, the second for $40. Today, my husband took his Subaru Imprezza to The Phoenix after the dealership told him his car needed almost $1,000 worth of service. They said he needed transmission fluid, brake fluid, spark plugs, some filters, and a few other items. We then took the Subaru to The Phoenix to see what they'd estimate for this work. After looking over the vehicle for 4 hours, they called to say the vehicle needed NO work at all. They found a small electrical issue that caused the 'check engine' light to go on and off, and fixed that. When we went to pick up the Subaru, they said 'no charge.' Really???? I expected at minimum a charge for the time and labor - but the mechanic said, "I'd love to take your money if there had been any real work to do, but there was nothing that warranted billing you for." They could have told us anything, they certainly had every right to charge us for their time - instead they went miles above the 'honesty and integrity' bar one hopes for when having service done. Can't recommend highly enough. This is how you get lifelong clients.

The Phoenix has been our car repair shop for 30+ years. They have always treated us great, done outstanding work at a fair price and aways given good advice. I would highly recommend Mike and the crew at The Phoenix.

A hands on mechanic looked at my Altima and advised the issue is with oxygen sensor. He resolved the issue. Check engine is no longer on, the vehicles is no longer struggling on road. Gas mileage improved significantly and the engine is not shaking. I had other shops looking prior into this issue and no one could figure out how to resolve it or wanted to look deeper into the problem.

We’ve been going to this shop for more than 30 years. It has never happened that the quality of the work resulted in a loss of confidence or “ bring it back “ response. Our next visit will be for new brake pads on the Audi Cabriolet. Care and Character = Quality

This is my first time ever having my car worked on at this garage and needless to say they have a new fan and a repeat customer when the time comesI simply needed my brake pads And had my own rotors and pads. Great service.Originally had an appointment scheduled with them early on a Friday morning, but my tow canceled and the vehicle arrived to them late. They diagnosed and ordered the parts that day, the parts arrived Monday, and the project was completed before the end of the day.The work was neat, and they communicated with me during the entire process.Service: Electrical repair

I was referred from a friend to have my repairs done at Phoenix. I brought my vehicle in for brakes, rotors and new battery. The prices were reasonable and the service was good as well. Thanks Jim, for the service. Look forward to returning again!
