“Dorothy, the facility manager, was friendly and accommodating! Best part of the experience! The check in and rental process was straightforward and easy. I didn't realize that insurance was needed in order to rent, so that's an unexpected $15/month. On top of a $38 storage unit, that's almost a 50% increase in monthly cost. I wish it would have been communicated earlier that insurance was mandatory... Not sure if I will keep the unit.”
