Excellent service and easy to work with for annual tax preparation. Their smart vault system and docusign make it so easy to upload documents and sign returns without having to go into their office at all. Our tax preparer is very proactive and follows up on documents we may have forgotten to submit. They have also been very responsive and thorough to our questions which has helped us tremendously with tax planning. We have had a great experience with ROR for many years. Matt is amazing!

Not a pleasant experience. They quoted me one price to complete my taxes and then charged me another price. When I asked them about the price change I got screamed and cursed at. Too many accounting firms to go to, I most certainly will not return.

ROR Tax Professional do a very good job. I have been working with Matther Pagel for several years now. I trust him, I respect the Quality of his workmansip and knowledge of the laws. I can rest assure when my taxes are prepared the work is done with compliance. I will strongly reccomend them to anyone.

No ballpark estimate, then charged $235.00 for a simple tax return with only a W-2.... Needed to be amended because of their screw up and was asked to pay even more for that.... Been going elsewhere for $50.00... Live and learn I guess.

I've been taking my increasingly complicated tax file to ROR tax for... four years now? I have always been treated with courtesy, respect, and excellent service. While I'm no tax expert, and couldn't tell you if we were really getting every cent due back, I really appreciate that the team meets regularly to review client files and discuss the complexities of individuals. In the past four years, I've gone from being a student with little to my name, to owning a home, to running two small businesses, to foster parenting, to adopting, to marrying. This year we'll have income streams from no fewer than 11 different sources, and I feel confident ROR will continue to help us stay on top of everything. I've worked with the same agent every year, and always appreciate going in for the review! We'll be coming back for years to come.

I have had my taxes done with Lee Roehl for the past 10 years He does an excellent job. And understands the tax laws at a very advanced level. When the new tax laws came out last year he immediately reached out to his clients to give some advice to save on taxes. Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. What I especially like about Lee is that even though his job is to do the taxes he is always concerned about the big picture of my finances encouraging me to save for my retirement and referring me to financial advice when I need it.
