“I went to this UPS location to print off an obituary but after trying to print the obituary off from my cellphone it wasn’t working out in my favor. There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . I look forward to visiting this particular location again because of the wonderful customer service that I received from Vino.”

“Came in to buy a zoom lense and got great service. However I'm leaving a one star due to having to listen to another employee spouting off about how Donald Trump is a racist and other moronic comments. I came here for knowledge and am used to getting excellent service. Having to listen to idiotic redditors for 30+ mins makes me question whether or not NC cares about hiring knowledgeable individuals. Again I've received excellent service at NC for years but this just makes me want to shop online.

“I am SO impressed. I read the other reviews saying that it took only a couple of hours to get their photos develop and was a little skeptical. True to their name I dropped off my photos early in the afternoon and only a couple of hours later I got them back! I paid extra to get them touched up and am so glad that I did. I got my Fuji film disposable camera developed and for 27 photos it only cost about $17 to get them sent back to me digitally. Never going to a Walgreens again. Can’t wait to come back and develop more photos! They are professional and so so awesome-wish I started coming here sooner.”
“Pete and Andy and the whole crew at MinuteMan Press Edina are word class--they were instrumental in making my wedding invitations, day of suite, and thank you notes come together so beautifully. I came to them with PDF designs I made myself and Pete was so patient and helpful getting everything done with such thoughtfulness and care and the pricing was phenomenal vs. some of the quotes I received for full service stationary.
They truly went above and beyond partnering with a die-cut shop to get custom shapes, color matched everything to what collateral I already had, and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and within my deadline.
They are true professionals and I look forward to working with them on more projects soon!”

“When shopping around for low minimums on a custom notebook I found that most places had a higher required quantity. Not Joe and Snap Print. They were able to print and bind my notebooks at the right quantity in a short amount of time, highly recommend!”

I have to call out a special employee, Will. He goes above and super beyond. Recommends things that work well for me. Offering package recommendations and answering all my nuanced questions. Definitely go slightly out of my way to go here and you should too!”

“I had a pretty pleasant experience where the lass had helped sort out my frustrations regarding: the shipping of my scooter out for repairs. I had a long day and she was very patient with me and tried everything in her power to help.
Whilst I could not ship it from the location not only due to the size but my manufacturer's mislabel of the shipping (as well as the scooter's manufacturer failing to provide me proper information), she took her time to sympathise with my case and had given me the information on how to get my scooter shipped out.
Overall, very neat customer service, she printed my shipping label out for me and gave me the information to get my manner of transport back in working order, eventually. The previous two locations weren't much help and a lot of misinformation were given, but she had cleared the air and made sure to find a solution for it.

Whether it’s printing or shipping, they know their stuff and are willing to help and answer questions. They are well staffed so they can give customers the time attention if needed.
