My experience at this urgent care location was disappointing and frustrating due to their questionable financial practices. Despite clearly seeking urgent care services, we were erroneously charged for an office visit instead. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation through phone calls, and even acknowledgment on their end that our visit was indeed to the urgent care, they persisted in charging us incorrectly. It's worth noting that our insurance only covers urgent care visits at this location. Even on record with our insurance partner, they admitted that we walked into the urgent care. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, and we have no intention of returning or seeking care from any physicians affiliated with this establishment in the future.

This is specifically involves Radiology Imaging 952 993 5402 release of information. *On 4/1/24 upon my departure from my MRI I spoke with a staff about getting a disc and hard copy of the MRI. She was nice, gave me a card and highlighted 952 993 5402. She clearly indicated when you call you could get a live person who would give you a couple of options to get your information. *I called on 4/2/24 a couple of times, it was a phone line giving 3 recorded options, non fit getting an individual their information.(I did call 2 times thinking maybe it was my error of understanding the message) *So I called the appointment line, and explained what had happened in my attempts. The Appt. person gave me the same 5402 #. I explained to her again, the 3 recorded options do not answer my situation and I was told just yesterday that a release of information person would assist me. *The Appt. person again gave me 5402. I indicated that would not work. I was told their is no other number. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The Appt. staff again gave me the 5402 number. I told her that does not get me to a supervisor. She indicated she knows that, and that # is the way it is because of staffing. *I asked to talk to a live person to work thru this. She gave me patient relations. I left a voice mail at that number on 4/2/24. steve t.

Arianna helped me on the phone today to reschedule an obgyn appointment. She was super friendly, gave me tons of options and was very patient. Thank you Arianna!

Urgent Care is a joke. I went online and it said Maple Grove was on a 17 minute wait. When I arrived the counter told me 3 hour wait. I was then told well maybe you were looking at tria for the 17 and I said no it's urgent care. I tried doing the online check-in but after filling out all of my information it would not let me submit and that was for a 17 minute wait which probably wouldn't have been honored when I arrived anyway. This place used to be awesome years ago. Not anymore.

This review encompasses several locations and departments over last 10yrs: there are definitely some great care providers, like Funk and Marcia Winer, but overall I can't recommend Park Nicollet. All the horrible experiences override the few good ones.

My spouse had a couple of physical therapy appointments at the Burnsville facility last month. She was charged a $50 copay for each visit. When I got the EOB from my insurance I saw that the copay should only have been $40. She was therefore overcharged by $20 ($10/ visit). I called the financial department and was told they would refund the overpayment. Checked my credit card account a couple days later and they had only refunded $10. Had to again call (and sit on hold) to ask where the other $10 was. She immediately said she saw that amount on the books and would refund it. Is this some kind of financial strategy? I realize we're talking small potatoes here but I question how many other people are being overcharged that don't catch it.

I used to love this hospital service you used to be top tier. It has went downhill quickly. I have seen my doctor for over 15 years and I caught COVID and was trying to send him a message and the nurse will not speak with him. They are also rude and very unprofessional when speaking with them through mychart. Time to fund a new primary doctor.

Scheduling lines are ridiculous. Been on hold multiple times. The wait times max out and they hang up on you. I tried to schedule online for my elderly parent and you have to have a sign in. Your process is poor for everyone, but especially the elderly who don't have social media experience.

Do not come here! Scheduling is a nightmare—every time they made some mistake. I ended up in a potentially life-threatening situation because they never scheduled the diagnostic equipment for my appointment and I had to reschedule for 3 weeks later which caused problems during the long wait. And I had to redo labs because they just straight-up forgot to send in my blood for the tests. Who knows where all those blood samples actually went, but they just had zero record that it ever happened (which my bruised and mangled up wrists would disagree with). And now I’m stuck in a truly horrifying nightmare trying to pay their obscenely high bills. I finally went in for one minor procedure and I’ve now received five different bills for the same day, some of them arriving as a total surprise 3 months later. They will take every cent from you and then some, and they don’t even know what the charges are for if you try to ask questions. Go anywhere but here!

Every time I visit, whether it's a regular check up, urgent care, or a specialty visit, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because of the parking set up - never been a fan of the layout.

The doctor that I see in family practice is actually very wonderful. She is for the most part communicative via messages and understanding of my difficult case. I like her personality and gentle demeanor. I have noticed lately though, that the people who answer the phones and take messages are not very great. This was not always the case. I'm not sure if they are new, overwhelmed or simply do not care. It took me three times to talk with someone who could understand my simple request. The first two were actually rude and told me it was my fault for them being confused. I felt very clear and to the point so I'm unsure where I went wrong. Luckily I was able to speak with someone who understood but it leaves me upset anyway. Health partners Office should either be supporting their staff if need be or find quality people who are good to taking calls.

This is the worst care a person can get in the twin cities. Do not go here if you are seeking medical help. You’ll just get a “hang tight”while they don’t do anything for you.But you better believe they wanna bill you asap!

I recently switched to Park Nicollet because of insurance and was shocked at the poor level of care. I've never had issues with a doctors office before and had nothing but good experiences with doctors in general. I ended up having to visit multiple times because my problems were dismissed by the doctors and even with abnormal test results I got little follow up other than one line messages. The most alarming was that every person I interacted with-- from the front desk, to the nurses, to the lab techs taking blood, every single person was rude, standoffish, and made me feel like I was wrong for being there. I get nervous when I have blood drawn and the tech didn't say one word to me the entire time.... I saw two different doctors and they didn't even look at me or listen to me the entire appointment. All they did was type on the keyboard and tell me my symptoms were no big deal, and try to shove a flu shot in my arm. I literally had to stop one of the doctors from running out the door because I wasn't done asking questions. I tried to follow up to ask for more tests on mychart after the appointment and got scolded by the doctor for bothering her. Look, I understand that they're probably understaffed and overworked but as a patient it was a terrible experience, especially after spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket. When you're having a health issue, you turn to doctors for their care and expertise. Not to have to google your symptoms and beg them for care while they make you feel like an idiot for wasting their time. I wrote to customer service about my experience due to how alarming it was and they never responded, so I'm sure this is typical for them. I ended up going to a different clinic who was willing to dig in more to my symptoms. Writing this review to warn others that this clinic just isn't worth your time if you expect any respect and decent care from healthcare providers.

I cant give a -5 so here's one. They do nothing. They laugh at the patients in the ER. They send you home with nothing. I'm speaking from 10 years of getting NO ANSWERS. I've gone to other hospital and miraculously they found the problem.Oh but park nicollet wants you to pay your bill though! Even though they are of no help. So I have bills from this hospital who can't find anything wrong with me. And bills from other hospitals who can.I understand not all doctors or facilities are the same.- but when I feel UNSAFE to enter a hospital because there is never any resolve for my family or I, that says a lot.Do better. You went to school for this. So do the job you are asking me to pay for. It's the audacity for me.
