“Westdale Floral did an AMAZING job with not only the floral arrangements I ordered for Valentine’s Day but also the CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome. Basically they called to see if we were around as the flowers would have been ruined because of the outside temperature. So on the second attempt which was now Valentine’s Day, I had given them the wrong address. They went above and beyond to clear up what was clearly a mistake on my part to assure my wife received her flowers!”

“What I assume to be the "main" Bachman's locale, this is the largest store and can cover your plant, garden, gift, and even food needs! Came here during the holiday season, and while it was definitely busy, there's lots of parking and the store is so spacious that it doesn't feel crowded. There are spaces for more gift type items and the garden center gir plants and other items like that. Then there's also a small Cafe with coffee, pastries, and some light food items. So many options for shopping! The biggest downfall is location - getting in and out of the parking lot is not easy. Sign up for the rewards program and get coupons!”
“I've been to most, if not all local plant nurseries, in the twin cities. Mother Earth continues to be the one I truly cannot leave empty handed! And it's not because they're pushy (not at all), but because they have such variety. My collection consists of a large percent of their plants, pot, soils, soil additives, pest control sprays, etc. They have fair prices, a large selection, and staff that are sooo helpful with any plant related questions. They also do indoor and outdoor plants which is nice for people that do one, or both! Highly recommend and go regularly.”

“I'm not a plant person (I like plants, but it's not fair to the plants because I forget to water them so they have very short lives at my house) - but I wanted to buy a couple plants as gifts. A friend referred me here - I can see why, it's a really cool place! Even though I knew what I wanted, I had no idea where it would be in the greenhouse. After walking in, I spotted an employee and asked them for help. I wish I'd have paid attention to their name, they were so helpful and not only showed me where to find what I was looking for and answered a few questions, they walked us over to a little cabinet that had care cards for what I was buying, to give to the recipient with basic instructions for caring for each plant.Fantastic experience and lots to choose from.”
“This is a difficult review to write because Bachman's usually does such a good job. I'm adding a star for past performance. I ordered a multi-colored rose bouquet for Valentine's Day 2024 and picked it up at the store on Valentine's Day. They were in a vase and wrapped in plastic. When I removed the plastic at home, 4 of the roses immediately fell to the side. 2 of the lighter colored roses had already begun to brown. They didn't last. These roses should have been sold or discarded 3-4 days before the day they were sold to me.”

“This is an exceptional store for both retail and customer service. I accidentally forgot items on my cart when loading it into the car, so I went back the next day and both the customer service folks and the store manager was kind enough to help resolve those. The staffs here are truly amazing.”
“Great selection of gifts and a truly fun experience. You need to make a trip to Isles Studio a real gem of a store. You could go back multiple times and still find something new to look at or buy.”
“Pure joy! What a wonderful and beautiful place. I stopped by to window shop (I was visiting from out of state so buying plants for a plane ride home wouldn’t have worked well) and I took some of the most beautiful photos and picked up some cards to mail out. If I lived close by I would be there weekly. Stop by if you can!”

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”
“My wife and I went to the Blooming MN Home Depot to buy blinds for two rooms.Nathan Montgomery helped us. And oh did he help us.He was a very friendly and knowledgeable person.He ran quotes for us on three separate products and helped us pick out one.He prepared us for our travels with our blinds.I would wholeheartedly recommend Nathan if you are looking for help.Thank you Nathan”
“The staff at Orchids Limited are only surpassed by the amazing variety of healthy beautiful orchids and rare plants. The greenhouse is spotless and well kept. The plants are healthy and well cared for. The variety in plants and the different costs, so you can get a lovely orchid and not have to spend a fortune. I think the real strongpoint is their staff though. The staff is not only very friendly, well informed and knowledgeable, they really care about the plants and who they go to! I highly recommend Orchids Limited.”
“Friendly staff, renting a box truck was easy. Highly suggest taking own pictures as I was handed and told to sign the inspection paper before the associate even went out to fill out, glad we went with damage protection to cover our ? , arrived and noticed inside was a pallet and a box with plastic from previous renters who knows how many before us. Overall easy and the guy was quick and asked if I knew how the deposit and rental worked. Don’t remember his name but it was around noon on the 16th, give him the recognition!”
“The flower center is great when the flowers first arrive... then they seem to lack the proper care such as watering and the selection tends to dwindle out due to lack of attention. Prices are good if you get there at the right time!”

This Yucca along with the other plants I already have, will live a long life thanks to Peggy M. I’ll be going back to her when I need to add more to my collection. “Employee Nina was really helpful and responsive to me when I was tired and crabby about another employee who was just looking at his phone and clueless. She helped me find two items and marked one down when a similar item was unavailable. Great service. If she isn't already a manager, she should be!”
“The store manager Todd is a great guy and helped me today with a facuet I found on the home depot website. The price online was $52.83 but when I went to check out it came to $129.99. I did have to buy it online and use the pick up at store option but Todd was very helpful in the situation.”

“We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”

I went to the garden center and the lady who was there told me she doesn't think they have it but there is another gentleman in the back who might know. So I went to that other gentleman was busy, he finished his work and he walked all the way inside show me where that item was. Very helpful. Easy access to Highway 494 and plenty of parking. They seemed well staffed today including a gentleman giving candies to children. In Sweden they give candies to children only on Saturdays. Maybe you should have the same philosophy here in USA. Praying and leaving was relatively fast. The place was clean and very busy for Saturday morning. Shelves and items were properly put in their respective places. I would say it was a pleasant experience.”

“Jessica P in the flooring department helped my wife and I out with our big multi-room flooring project in our home. She was phenomenal to work with. She very helpful, responsive, patient and gave us great suggestions of colors to work with to match our house's paint and wood trim. Once we picked everything out and secured, the installation went very smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule. We highly recommend using them!”

“I had the best service in a Home Depot or any similar type store thanks to the OUTSTANDING assistance, service, and help that I received about a week ago on a Thursday night. I felt like I got the VIP treatment, he helped take me to the location, drove the heavy flatbed for me, helped load it with HEAVY concrete blocks, quickly drove me back to checkout and told me if I pull my car up, he'll help me load it! I was shocked by his friendly, service with a smile, happy-to-help attitude. I hope he is soon a manager & trainer, because he single handedly created the best impression and experience I've had of Home Depot or any store in about 20 years. No, I'm not kidding.I pulled up, he helped me load the car quickly and with a smile. I had to shake his hand and ask his name. Mustafa he replied. Wow, he should be management and training others. “I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”
