We worked with Brandon D while looking for a car for our daughter. He was very helpful. He stayed late and was willing to come in on his day off to fit our schedule. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us lots of options we had not considered before. He was polite and honest with questions we had. Working with him was the best cars experience we have ever had. If you’re looking for a Hyundai I cannot recommend working with Brandon enough!

I'm 59 years old and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire process was stress free. Their salesman Nathan can nail jello to a wall he's that good. He answered all my questions. He demonstrated the utmost in professionalism and courtesy. He honestly made you feel that he genuinely cares about your car buying experience and that you leave totally satisfied. We will be back! ?

My entire experience with Morrie’s 394 Hyundai was just great. My sales person Cezanne Martin was awesome. She took the time to find me just what I was looking for. Everyone I met there were positive and very helpful. If you are interested in a Hyundai (and you should be), Morrie’s 394 Hyundai is the place to go!

Young car buyers beware -I recently just purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from this dealership. A few weeks ago I came in and had roof bars installed by their service department.I was traveling back home from a cabin up north on Monday (Labor Day) with my kayak attached to the roof bars. While I was on the highway the roof bars failed and broke away from the car sending my kayak into traffic on the highway which could have killed and injured multiple people. Luckily no one was injured or hit.Because of this my car has some damage and the brand new roof bars are destroyed along with my kayak.This dealership, the same one that put them on. Looked at my car and told me they would take care of me and the situation. I went in and had it checked out, then was told to wait 1-2 days for a response. It took a week to hear anything back and I only heard back because I kept calling for an update. The dealer has then responded by making this seem like my fault. When in fact it was a faulty part put on by them.They told me I should have read the owners manual - I read it and there is nothing pertaining to anything about this in there. They also just assumed my kayak weighed too much. When it weighs 60lbs and the bars are each rated for 165lbs. They gave me the run around and found every possible excuse to not take accountability for the faulty part that was improperly put on. They are not doing anything to fix this situation or my car. They won’t even replace the newly bought roof bars. I was treated poorly and given the run around by the dealer this is due to me being young. It’s just insane that they won’t do right by their customers.Service: Financing

Phenomenal experience from the second I walked in the door, to the moment I drove off the lot with my brand new Elantra! Ask for Doug. He will ensure you receive a fair deal, and take care of your needs. The Caribou coffee, water, and snacks are a big plus as well. The showroom is gorgeous and well-cooled in the summer. Convenient location, 10 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis.

I absolutely recommended Morrie’s 394 Hyundai. I had my car stolen and blown up and they were amazingly helpful and I found a replacement the same day I walked in to look around. The salesman Jim was enthusiastic and helpful and checked in after I’d had my new Kona for a few days to make sure it was working out and offering to show me how to use different features. The financial team was just as great, Anit walked me through the loan process and made sure I had the best financing he could find. The car body was also damaged in a hall storm and they had it fixed and detailed in less than a week! If you’re looking for a new car this is a great place to start!Services: Body & Trim

My husband and I went to Morrie's Hyundai just looking to see if they had a hybrid SUV that would work for us. Peter completely understood that we were just looking and not ready to make a purchase but wanted as much information as possible so we could make an informed choice. He spent all the time answering our questions, valuing our trades, etc. Never did we feel pushed into a purchase, or like he didn't care. In fact, it was quite the opposite. We ended up going and looking at another dealer to compare cars and that experience made us realize how great it was working with Peter and Ryan a few days earlier so we went back and made the purchase that day. To add to it, Matt (I believe) in financing was amazing as well and really rounded out our experience. We love our hybrid Santa Fe, and will be going back to Morrie's Hyundai in the future for sure!

I had a pretty good experience here lately selling my vehicle back to them that i bought in January. They were able to work with me in the ways that I requested and my salesperson Andrew was an absolute joy because of his positive attitude. He made an experience that otherwise would have been kind of painful, actually not that bad because of his energy. Thanks Andrew for being awesome, it really made my day.

I have always liked Morrie's dealerships. Although I feel like dealerships are not all that great of an experience and Morrie's still tries to push additional stuff you don't need to make more money off of you. You definitely don't need to buy an extended warranty with ANY new car as all new cars come with a good warranty and Hyundai has one of the better ones. This is why it's 3 stars and trust me, no other dealership deserves more and most of them 1 or 2 stars.The salesperson was good and a cool person, but why do dealerships force the poor guy to push stuff onto you when I clearly let them know I wasn't interested. No extra film protection, maintenance services or any of that are needed. It comes off as scammy and no one wants to be pressured into getting something they don't want. Then questioned multiptiple times when they say no. And again, all dealerships do this and it's time for them to change this and stop doing it.If that part of the buying process didn't exist I would gladly give 4 or 5 stars.

My wife had our newly purchased Hyundai scheduled for an oil change. When the work was done, she asked if it was full synthetic oil used. The service writer couldn’t answer and then changed the invoice in front of her to add the full synthetic which was not on the invoice originally. We were told full synthetic was $99.00 and she was billed $145.00. I called to ask about this and was told the service manager would call me back. I’m still waiting, no call back to date. We want to understand the full scope of the work performed. I don’t believe they are honest and cannot communicate with each other and especially the customer. I will never recommend or use this location or any Morrie’s. Be aware! They are not customer focused.

We were lucky enough to get a new 2023 Palisade within 6 weeks thanks to Morries Sales Person Andrew Lynch. He was on top of our request and found one quickly. He is detailed and knows his cars. There was not a question he couldn't answer. He made us feel as if we were the only ones buying cars. He gave us his full attention. Great job! I would hire him if I still had my Medical Company.
