This location has the worst hours. The normal hours don’t extend past dinner time. They must have trouble staffing the place because it’s randomly closed. For example, one day we went over at 3 PM and it was closed.

Every time I go to this J.Crew store, the staff go above and beyond for me; especially Matt one of the managers there. I am a bit of a high maintenance customer and he is very patient with me…finding me all the sizes I need etc. I highly recommend this store.

Rolling eyes to customers , Snobby attitudes and just overall behaviors towards guests . Such unprofessional behavior . Someone needs to change the management and staff quick . Pure yuck ! No thanks to this store .

I had bought some JCF shorts online and needed to exchange them for a different size. I was expecting a hassle, but was pleasantly surprised by the two gentlemen who helped me. The first guy helped me find exactly what I wanted and the cashier (a very pleasant black guy) made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. Customer service is not dead!I ended up buying about $100 worth of stuff and would go back to shop at this store in a heartbeat! Kudos to these two guys!

Overall I had an extremely frustrating experience in this store. The first part was that there sales promotions were not correct. I thought I was buying a shirt for 50% off and it was only 40%, which I did not notice until I got home. The second frustration is that they ask for your email address for returns but really it is just so they can email you promotions. Lying to your customers is not how you build a customer base.
