I have an older pair of nordic skate boots that had a broken rivet at the ankle brace. Hate to throw things away and other shops wanted to help but just didn't know what to do. Enter (I believe) Chris from the Nordic dept and within 10 min had a creative solution and sent me on my way. I am now a raving fan of Hoigaard's!!

I went to purchase new ski boots. I waited a tiny bit because I went on a busy weekend, which is not surprising. The customer service was great. They asked me all the right questions, really listened to what I was looking for and my ski level.
