This place has been closed before the hours posted the past three times I've tried to come in to get my new glasses because my old ones broke, it is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculously stupid because I work in 80 miles away right now and have been staying there during the week to save on milage and have no time to come up during the week to do this so this is very inconvenient yet again and I am so upset right now and if I could find these glasses anywhere else I would definitely go to that company, if you need a place that's open later do not come to the store because they don't stand to the hours set so they will let you down too

This place never returns calls after getting your c pap! They only call you when you need to come in and replace stuff forget getting ahold of a nurses like they say you can. Billing does more than they do!

I just spoke to a friend of mine who is a fabulous doctor and partially retired and serves at this clinic at times. She recommended so very highly two women doctors named Dr. Jerney and Dr. Blumenfield. I would entrust the doc who recommended with my life, and therefore I would go to either of these doctors with every confidence.

They will cancel on you, and put you down as no show. They will try collecting money from you that your insurance company covers. They are not person centered at all and have zero understanding. Another reason to leave Health Partners!

I have had the best experiences at this clinic. My nurse Tammy was so patient with me, and comforted me when I was nervous about getting a vaccine.

They cancelled my appointment without getting a hold of me and now I have to scramble to find a yellow fever vaccine before I travel in 10 days

I have my primary care through HealthPartners (or Park Nicollet, which is part of the issue). However, this clinic has been a nightmare to work with, from an administrative, availability, and scheduling perspective, as well as a provider perspective. I don't think there's a single admin or provider throughout the process from start to finish that didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth.Limited hours of availability, compartmentalized service where everyone is in a different department, nobody knows what you need or who can help you, too many contact phone numbers with inefficient phone menus, a disappointing experience in every aspect.Providers have an adversarial and dismissive attitude, and it makes me want to reconsider my relationship with the whole HealthPartners (and Park Nicollet) system.

Be very careful what you discuss with your doctor during preventative visits. They will split bill you for a short tangent from the norm without any warning.
