I work in the financial industry, know the importance of customer service, and recognize excellence when I see it. These 2 guys are spot on with providing the best customer service around. I drive an extra 9 miles and go out of my way to this gas station because of them! Keep up the great work guys!!”

“This was my first visit to BP for service. It was great being able to schedule evening service when my car started making scary noises. I was certain it would be a very expensive, major repair and was more than surprised when it was an easy, quick, inexpensive fix. I drive an older car and sometimes have a chip on my shoulder about Wayzata classism…and was only treated with warmth and courtesy by BP staff. Thank you!!!”
“I really appreciate Bob and Steve's because they sent someone that actually wanted to help. Grant was amazing I would definitely recommend them they were quick fast and in a hurry thanks for getting my car home safely definitely a pleasure giving my driver a tip?”
“I got a flat tire the other day a few blocks away from Christy's. The owners went out of their way to help me out. Walked to my car and patched it on site. Charged me next-to-nothing. I would have happily paid triple. These are good people doing good work!”
“My coolant hose exploded mere blocks from the shop. I was so lucky. The guys were super nice and immediately took a look at my car. This was a Saturday morning. The hose was replaced first thing Monday morning at what I feel was a very reasonable price. As I waited for them to see what was wrong, it was clear this is a neighborhood hub, where the regulars are well known. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
“I've been taking my vehicle here for oil changes for a few years now. With an appointment, they are quick, efficient, and charge reasonable prices. I can't speak to walk-ins as I've always made appointments. They don't push unnecessary repairs (unlike some auto shops that make up false problems) and are always willing to answer your questions. The employees are polite, and the work is done well.”
“Made an appointment for my 16 year old to have his oil changed and tires rotated and they treated him very well. In fact, my 16 year-old said he was a very nice person which he doesn’t say often. ?”
“I stopped to get air in a tire that was low. I asked if they could put the air in for me. I was advised there was probably a nail in my tire but I didn't have time to take care of it at that moment. They said if I come back after my appointment they would look at it which I did. Upon looking at it, there was a nail in the tire which they fixed promptly. When I asked what I owed, they said, "Nothing". That blew me away. I don't know who helped me that day, but I am so grateful.Since the tire issue, I've spoken to Matt, the owner. He's super nice and easy to talk to.This is also my Go To for gas. I always fill up here unless I'm out of town. They are so convenient to where I live and have lower gas prices than the other stations in town.”

“Just like the name says, you get treated like a VERY important person here! I have spoken to Derrick (store manager) multiple times recently and every time, he's extremely polite, generous, kind, and even when I know he could have done some upselling, he keeps it real when you need to stay reasonable and affordable. I had a favorite mechanic before this, but I think I'm moving to VIP for most things going forward!
(If you're curious, I had a bad starter that got replaced for a very good deal!)”

“Consistently at least 30 cents cheaper per gallon than any other gas station. Always busy, but thankfully, people are pretty efficient, so the wait isn't too long. You obviously need a Costco membership, so don't try coming here without your Costco card!”

I got a flat tire nearby, and not only did they come out and put my spare on for me, but they also fixed my tire back at the shop, put it back on for me, and gave me an oil change - all for a ridiculously reasonable price. Top tier service! I will definitely be going to this BP location from now on to get my car serviced.”
“New to the area so I rode my bike to drop off some packages at the P.O and remembered I needed smokes. Wow! For such a small lot the flow of cars in and out was very orderly. The employees were professional, friendly and immediately I knew I had found my go to convenience store. This oasis, with folks who are cut from the same cloth is so appreciated. : )”

“Free air! Unfortunately it pumps very slowly, but since it's free you just might need to push the button a couple times. For an urban gas station it has a pretty large area to drive and maneuver your car into the right spot.”

All of these bad reviews are people who have been disrespectful and expecting to much from the owner and Lanhart owner is very respectful and expects the same respect and if you are rude and try to take advantage you will be dismissed. So those people come here and give a bad review, but truth is….go meet the owner yourself, he is a great human being.”
“I really love this place. One of my engine coils went out one day giving a scary bad smell and could barely drive my car. Chris fixed it within 4 hours (thank goodness he had time that day). Since then he has helped me with various problems I have and he is always fast and efficient. Whenever I have to call him about a question he never seems annoyed, is always ready to help me & I really appreciate that. My go to shop now! Thanks y’all”

“There are long lines, but people know to move fast. Two cars line up to the two stations in a line, and both of the cars leave together after putting in gas, then the next two cars proceed together. It's pretty systematic, taking less time to put gas than before. Of course, the price is good m.”

“I just read a comment from Tiffany McQueen giving this gas station one star because they fired her daughter because They thought her daughter wasn't a great fit for the team, That hasn't nothing to do with the quality of the business. Because this place is very clean it has one of the friendlies staff and are awsome. just because her daughter didn't fit with their team it doesn't give you the right to give them one star. the place is clean the places is very organize the prices are very reasonable the staff are very friendly. I will Recommend anybody to stop by and check them out and make your own opinion about them. Because they are on my list of top 3 gas stations haven't tried the car wash yet but I will soon but just go in and check it out for yourself and talk to some of the employees. They are some of the most nicest people ever. that place is awesome I hope they were 24 hrs. bottom line is you can't give a place one star just because They fired your daughter because she wasn't a great fit for The team.. That sounds more like your daughter's problem then the companies because the company has an over all score of 5 stars so don't try to diminish their standings just because your upset your daughter got fired... NOW MARK KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB... PS. GREAT CHICHEN”
