“Microcenter's service and expertise is second to none. You could walk into their store knowing nothing about computers and walk out with the know-how and parts to build your own computer from scratch.The only thing I don't like about them is that they offer specific quality products, but not necessarily the most affordable options. That said, they do that to give their customers only the best products and the best experience possible.Edit: 2024I just built a custom gaming PC 100% at Microcenter. It was a great experience. That said, I had some anoying crashes after a couple months and had to have the computer diagnosed. They charged me $40 for it, which bummed me out, but it turned out to be an outdated bios/windows issue. They gave me a detailed report showing all my components were still good.”

“This is a shout out to Kevin! My laptop I use for everything (gaming) had completely bricked on me on a Sunday night. I showed up around 15-30 minutes until the store's closing time, and all of the other employees I had spoken to were assisting customers or tied up with a task at the time. No big deal, I showed up late and eventually found Kevin. Always used a laptop at home, but I had always wanted to switch to a desktop. While I know my way around a computer, the hardware is where I lack knowledge, so it was nice to have his input/opinion on this. Kevin took the time to break down multiple products while respecting my budget and being very informative. Great sales skills with the knowledge to back it up. Good dude. 5 stars.”

“This is my first time ever going to this particular Target and also the first time in about two years where I didn't leave a Target and immediately look up how to bet against the company in the stock market.
The store was well stocked. The employees were present and didn't exude the aura of desping their own existence. I was able to grab what I wanted from the shelves without asking someone to unlock a cage. At the self checkout, I didn't feel the piercing glow of a totatalitarian associate hovering over me like a criminal.
It felt like I was going to Target rather than the commissary at a Soviet prison.
I don't know what has happened to Target in the past few years, but this location single handedly is giving me hope that the company doesn't actively want to be trash.”

I recently popped into my local Best Buy for a bit of tech browsing. While I didn't end up making a purchase this time, I still enjoyed the experience. The store was well-organized and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions.
It's always fascinating to see the latest gadgets and gizmos up close. From the sleekest smartphones to the most powerful gaming consoles, there's something for everyone. Though I didn't find anything that absolutely had to come home with me, it was a fun way to spend an afternoon.”
