I've used their online order pick-up or delivery 3 times now. The first time it worked so well. They were able to find everything and picked good options for the produce so I was excited to use this again.
The 2nd time they couldn't find a few items and then picked a block of cheese that was very obviously covered in mold.
This 3rd time I tried to shop for one of their deals $5 off if you buy $25 of the selected items. They ended up not having 3/5 things I purchased from there so I didn't get the $5 off. I requested a photo and they only showed half of the shelf. Only after asking for a photo did they find one of the things I requested (right in the middle of the photo).

Familiar and welcoming grocery store. Generally clean and easy to navigate. Cub's prices are a tad high, although they've remained fairly steady in recent years while others have gone up (Target's grocery prices are no longer significantly less which used to be the case). Always enjoy shopping here. Also enjoy their seasonal decor and supplies and good assortment of home supplies.

Saw a cashier literally giving away (intentionally not scanning) groceries to a customer she identified with. She appeared to be a manager. Why don't I get free groceries?

Absolutely lazy staff. They get sent Rx from Dr. and it never gets filled. Never get an answer as to why. Just incompetent

I know groceries are expensive, thanks to who’s in charge. Cub Foods has always been expensive and even their “Sale) items. Just a No Frills expensive supermarket. Don’t know how they’ve lasted this long

Instead of being rude to me a customer playing lottery because the machine has an error which BIG as day displays that, be a manager and call the lottery commission like I did and inform them. But what you're not gonna do is talk to me as if I'm a thief or a liar. Other customers have had the same problem. COVID really has these uneducated, been working customer service all their lives itches thinking they don't have to follow store in policy and that they can talk to people any old kind of way. Well not me, I call your bosses boss.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The deli staff especially. And on the deli staff I have to give special mention to Millie. She is very good at her job, friendly, and has always gone out of her way to help me.She's the best.?
