I went to cub and they stole money from me at the register, when I spoke with management they had employee help me that kept cussing and refusing to give my money back saying "you didn't even spend that much man" they took my receipt and took my proof of purchase. I would like corporate to contact me as I'm going to pursue this theft and customer service to the fullest

Didn’t have a great experience there. Couldn’t find humus and there was no one around to ask for help. Also when I went to the checkout line there were workers standing around and wouldn’t ask if I needed help bagging my groceries (which I did). Very disappointed

There is always a long line with hardly enough cashiers to check you out. Not worth the high prices and mediocre quality, especially with how much better other stores are for groceries

I was staying at the hotel across the street, and I popped in for one specific reason: to check out the cheese selection. I found it to be quite good for a grocery store without a full cheese counter. I found several new cheeses, including a couple local goat cheeses. I had signed up for a Cub membership some months ago, though, and when I tried to use it, the account proved nonfunctional. The overseeing cashier gave me a slip of paper with a number to call customer care and otherwise didn’t provide help. This was my first time in a Cub store and it didn’t leave me with a good impression of their site or store.

Aside from the high prices (driven by UNFI supplier fees) that make you feel like you’re at Kowalskis (if Kowalskis did a trading places and become homeless) you’ll get to then waste all your time trying to checkout at they usually have one register open, and only four self checkouts - that all need constant worker assistance. Shopping experiences like this will make you join a grocery delivery service.

Card readers in self checkout don't work. No attendant anywhere near. Gave up and went to the VERY slow line at the only employee at a register. Buying 4 items took 15 minutes. No idea how this one has 4 star's its a complete joke.

Snowing out, roads are bad, and I check online and it says open 24 hrs. So I drive 10 miles at 12:30 am in a snowstorm, only to get here and there is a sign on the door says they close at midnight. People are driving in bad weather to come here, don't you think you could spend a few Minutes to update your site? Pure lazinesstonot update that

This Cub is great. The person at the customer service desk helped me with a carpet cleaner rental and was absolutely wonderful even during a super busy time. Excellent customer service!

I went shopping at this store and as I was returning my cart, I noticed some gumball machines. One of them was “Bonz” candy. I put my quarter in and only got one “bone.” Would not recommend.
