After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you. I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. We've used WFCU for over a decade, and compared to past big banks (including Wells Fargo), the entire experience start to finish, every aspect, is worlds better. Most recently April 2025 we decided to get a Safe Deposit Box at the Chicago Ave Branch, making an appointment online was very straightforward. We met with Alicia G, who was incredibly helpful. She carefully explained how the boxes work, fees involved, various sizes available, and guided us in using our box for the first time. Cannot emphasize enough how professional and friendly our interaction was. 10/10”
“This is the new UnitedHealth Group credit union from BCU. They have just opened and are extremely friendly with a competitive set of loan rates. Keep in mind this isn’t open to the public and even employees will need to get the right level of badge access to access the facilities.”
