We requested the BF Goodrich Advantage Control tires and they installed Bridgestone Weatherpeak tires, which cost $30 more per tire without telling us. This is a completely incompetent crew. Go to a chain tire shop.

Time estimate off by almost an hour before I received my keys. Not enough help at the desk. Toby spent 20 minutes selling one set of tires. I would have made different arrangements.

Love Costco! People everywhere ready to help. Great snacks and food at the end to keep the kids engaged. So many things I need, especially seasonal items. And if you pay attention, deals to be had! I even think the parking has improved at this location.

All Costco's are awesome. I've never met Costco I didn't like. All the way back to when they were Price club. But what they do best is their Kirkland hotdog! Great price, and you can't beat the flavor.

Concerning their website, many times, even when signed in it is not very helpful. My most recent disappointment was trying to find out what Heartgard would cost for our dog. It baits you into thinking that when you are signed in that you will be told what it costs, but then even after signing in, it still does not tell you.

This review is specifically about their gas station. We went to get gas at this Costco last Saturday. It was incredibly crowded there. They had ridiculously long lines of cars. The worst part about these lines though was the fact that cars kept constantly cutting in the lines. The Costco staff didn't do anything about it, no cars even honked! There was lines of 10 cars waiting and cars kept cutting in at the front! Not to mention a car broke down at one of the pumps at this station. Do NOT get gas at this Costco.

Who doesn't love a good Costco experience? Fruit / meat all super fresh, employees really friendly and everything is 3x the size you need ;) Parking is NOT fun here though

The parking remains the worst thing about this location. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the layout makes it easy to move through the store. The check-outs are still a bit chaotic with the addition of self-checkout lanes. I don't use those and prefer to wait for a cashier to ring up my purchases. While I do have the Executive membership, I always ponder if it is worth it. Because I may have some big home purchases to make, I just go ahead and get it. I usually get about $20 a year back on my purchases. Costco has made an effort to cut down on the amount of plastic used for their products. When I made my semi-annual paper towel purchase, I noticed that the new one do not have individually-wrapped rolls. I was very happy to see this. Finally, the cost of gasoline is usually around 10+ cents less a gallon.

This Costco is the best! The employees are great and always helpful, most of them are recognizable from years of going there. There are always good deals on meat, produce, pre-made meals, diapers and unique seasonal items. The only downside is it's so popular it can get crowded to park!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a retail store, a tire shop, or a car service center in my whole life. They didn't even look at my tires until 2 hours after my appointment and then they refused to do the service I paid them for while trying to upsell me leaving me driving home with a spare tire, wasting an entire afternoon, and still needing to get tire service done somewhere else another day

I recently visited the Costco Tire Center and was met with a very disheartening experience. Despite being a loyal customer, I found the service to be severely lacking. There was a noticeable absence of staff at the service desk, and the few employees present seemed to deliberately avoid acknowledging the customers waiting for assistance. This lack of attention made for an extremely frustrating experience, especially given the considerable time I spent waiting.Moreover, the demeanor of some staff members was quite rude, further adding to my disappointment. As a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, which was unfortunately not met during my visit. This experience has significantly affected my view of Costco's customer service standards.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements, ensuring that future customers do not face similar issues.

I am glad I did not read all the reviews before deciding to purchase tires. It is true that they do not answer the phone. I stood in line one day to buy tires, and I watched as the phone just rang and rang. What's the point of having a phone, if they're not going to answer it? I did hover when my tires were being installed to check on status myself. Of course, this was in early October. They did not tell me that my tire sensors would reset only after driving on the highway, so I wasted time circling back to ask why my tire pressure was off on every single tire. It is also true that there is typically only 1 person working the service counter, which involves long wait times to check-in and check-out.
