The staff at this location are AWFUL! I buy a lot online and happen to be at West End for an appt. so I thought I would stop in the store for some things I had looked at online. I had a list of items I wanted to try on, I would have spent a lot of $, but I walked out without purchasing a thing because the people that work there are so rude! I went home and placed my order online. Maybe try hiring some stuff that are friendly and not so pretentious. The employees carried on a conversation with each other the whole time I was in the store. I did not hear them speak to a single customer.

To preface this: I am a consistent customer. I have spent thousands of dollars at this specific store. I am a well known customer. This is unacceptable.
The absolute worst experience of my life occurred at this store on Thursday May 2nd. I work nearby and was looking for socks and tights on my break, I also always look at the sale section.
When I walked into the store I noticed with in 10 minutes they had called in west end security to follow me around the store which was extremely alarming because I had never noticed security in the store prior to this.
As a person of color, this automatically made me uncomfortable and immediately I sensed they had thought I was stealing. The manager followed after me into the back sale room and yelled something after I had left the sale room. Again, I come here frequently.
All of the staff awkwardly kept asking me if I "needed help finding anything" seriously every chance they could ask they asked. I wanted to put down all my items and just leave but I felt so pressured to buy them because of the dynamic management, security and the sales associates had created for me with the way I was being profiled, and the idea they created that I was a thief. I ended up purchasing the items and left the store just trying to brush off the racist experience I just endured. This happened because I am a black woman, who wasn't dressed like the people who work in the store.
The manager at this location called my place of work and told my manager that I had been stealing from Anthropologie for weeks also insisting that I be fired or in someway punished. I cannot explain how unacceptable this behavior is. Upon calling the store later, the staff refused to tell me her name. This may constitute legal harassment, I am looking further into this.
I am extremely disappointed and very upset that I have been accused of this especially since I regularly make purchases with this company and at this location. I'm even more disgusted by the fact that they called my place of employment at a near by restaurant to harass me further.

Anthropologie Weddings in St Louis Park
Review 10/10 *Found online by searching places that could ship a dress in two weeks.
After making a day of appointment with Anthropologie Weddings I was able to find a dress the month before my wedding. I decided I no longer wanted to wear my original dress purchased almost a year prior. I was able to try on as many dresses as I needed to and got great advice from the employees. I ended up ordering three dresses and having them shipped to my house. They all shipped within the week and after trying on my actual size I was able to decide on my actual dress and easily return the other two gowns. The store was helpful with where to get alterations, explanations of pricing/shipping, providing phone customer support, and the next steps.

I found two amazing dresses for my bridal looks, however, most of the staff was not friendly. They were rude about looking at any bridal looks and were not nice when trying on any dresses. There were two girls who were nice though! When checking out I asked to order online due to traveling and the lady doing the order was nice, but again there were other associates who gave dirty looks and did not seem happy I was purchasing anything.

The staff at this location are so kind, helpful, and supportive. Def one of my favourite Anthros in the Twin-Cities metro area. Bonus because it has a BHLDN <3

The clothes are great looking. Construction isn't great at all. Not sure if prices they are charging are in line with the quality. Staff friendly but not super helpful.
