Excellent veterinary care and caring staff. The clinic is always clean and smells nice, no year after year of ingrained animal smell like other clinics. My cat is fearful and gets loud doesn't usually get aggressive though but vet visits are still stressful. The staff here is patient and knows tricks (like tasty treats) to help the process go smoothly and my cat did let them give an exam even though she loudly protested. They gave me some fresh gabapentin to give to her before the next visit so she's even more comfortable.Overall I highly recommend this clinic especially if you have a cat that's fearful

We started coming to All Paws 7 years ago with my dog and have since added Arnold the cat to the mix. We moved from St. Louis Park, but still drive to All Paws because of the quality of care they provide us.

Been coming to All Paws since Leia was adopted as a puppy. Had received recommendations from a co-worker and a friend for this clinic. My experiences have been positive. For example, when Leia was spayed I received calls from the staff before and after the procedure to answer questions and check up on her. We had the same experience when she was feeling sick a few months ago. Their concern and care makes them feel like a family doctor. Thank you!

My cat got the care she needed here for about a year, but I switched vets because it seemed like they didn’t like her & wouldn’t attempt exams with her because she was “fractious”. My cat does have a bit of anxiety, but at the vet we go to now, I don’t see the behaviors that All Paws described post exams. I did not feel cared for as a customer here & many times I wasn’t able to go into the room with my cat. That probably would’ve helped with her supposed “fractiousness”. Cats pick up on human attitudes/emotions which did not help in her situation after being abused by my ex-roommate. I wouldn’t recommend All Paws for cats– they seem to prefer dog clients and from what I observed in the waiting room, were very kind towards the dogs that came through. Also be prepared to wait past your scheduled appointment time even if you show up early. I waited 30 minutes once to get in.

I'm new to the city and found this place walking around the neighborhood in St. Louis Park, and I'm so glad I did. Every interaction with staff has been wonderful for me and my dog. They were great about getting records from my previous vet, sending prescriptions to Costco to get filled, and also recently sent information to a new doggy daycare place to get thigns squared away for boarding. They've been incredibly helpful every time I've had questions or needed help with my dog.

I'm impressed with the care Flynn received at her first dental treatment which she had to go under anesthesia for. Staff and Doctors were very nice and knowledgable and answered all questions. They sent home a sheet explaining everything Flynn took and what they did during the procedure and after care. Highly recommend All Paws Hospital!

I was a client for 15+ years and was beyond pleased at the care my animals received. I can’t imagine a better experience and certainly would have given it five stars. They are now owned by a corporation and the experienced vets have left or are leaving. Saw an ad for a vet with 1+ years of experience. Sadly, it appears it will no longer be the place to receive high quality care from experienced clinicians. MVP, you will reap what you sow!

All Paws is fantastic. I have taken my dogs there since I got my first rescue nearly 8 years ago. We have a second that we got in the past year and it was an easy choice to come back to All Paws for her care as well. Recently, we had to put down our rescue boy and everyone there was incredible, kind and compassionate, during a very difficult time for us. I would recommend All Paws to everyone.

The vet and staff are very nice, but I felt like I was being sold a sales pitch the whole time to buy different products from them. I was especially annoyed that I brought my healthy dog in for her annual checkup and vaccinations and was told to come back for boosters. Scheduled the boosters and was charged a full exam again. Pretty disappointed. Feels less like they care about your animals and more just about your money.

We love All Paws and have been going here for over ten years now. All of the vets and staff are kind and helpful, and they really stood out with their compassionate monitoring of end-of-life care for our elderly cat. Our current cats hate the vet because they're cats, but the care they receive is excellent, including dental care which should not be overlooked if possible.

The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and thorough when reviewing your pet’s health. We’ve worked with several of the vets at All Paws over my dog’s life and they’ve all taken great care when explaining my dog’s needs and treatment options. On top of that all of the staff are very friendly, and when we’ve gone in with major concerns they’ve all been kind and understanding.

We moved to the twin cities three years ago with our older dog and needed a new vet. It was smack in the beginning of Covid times and we had trouble finding a vet who was accepting new patients and they’re was an AAHA member. All Paws came highly recommended from a colleague and thank goodness they were able to take her as a patient. We have been so lucky to have found such a competent, caring and compassionate practice for her. Everyone we’ve dealt with at this practice has been fantastic. We evolved into snow birds and they’ve been great about sharing information with our vet in Florida as our old girl has had more health challenges. We’ll be moving to Florida full time soon and will be sad to leave All Paws behind but am so grateful we had them when we did!

I have been taking my pets here for a few years and generally had no issues. However, after my dog had a yearly physical it was recommended for her to get 2 vaccines requiring a second visit two weeks later. I am frustrated because I was not informed that another "wellness exam" would be billed out again at her second visit.. to my understanding the second visit was a post op where she would just receive her 2nd dose. She just had an exam two weeks ago.. It seems very "bait and switch" to not state this to me prior to the visit. I never signed any treatment plan outlining cost nor did I verbally consented to another exam on my dog that day. I assumed it was standard protocol to take vitals and look over my dog before you give her a shot.. I called the following day and the front desk said someone would give me a call about this issue. Still waiting and it’s been a week and a half. I will be leaving this clinic due to a lack of transparency.

The team at All Paws is the best— competent, caring with great follow-through. They put our nervous kitty Chester at ease, providing awesome care for 8+ years.
