“My review is primarily for the front desk staff and Dr. Kedrowski. If you want a vet that cares about your pets, come here and see Dr. Kedrowski asap. We had been seeing a vet in a nearby town for over 5 years and after ONE appointment here he is basically a kitten again. She is truly a miracle worker or a genie, I didn’t have the mental capacity to explain my concerns properly and she still understood every one and took care of everything from creating a few health plans for me to decide from to locating his new prescription on Chewy to make it more affordable. The front staff here is a whole different breed of customer facing workers. I have never felt like I’m inconveniencing them and they greet you with genuine smiles every time you’re in. When I couldn’t find the prescription on chewy to order, they took 15 minutes out of their VERY busy day to help me look and explained the next steps on how the process will work once they get the order faxed to them. They are a bit pricey if you don’t do their payment plan but having my cat back to how he was before the previous vets health plan is worth every single penny.”

“The other day my cat wasn’t eating or drinking, couldn’t keep anything down. I called 15 different vets just desperate to get in somewhere. And this was one of the only ones to not only put me down in case of a cancellation, but give me some peace. I was lucky enough to get in after a cancellation that same day and they were able to diagnose and help my cat very quickly. With unsettling news they were not only professional and able to inform me of what was going on in words I could actually understand, but unbelievably kind with the situation. Somehow my cat was able to make a miraculous recovery and even the vet staff who had seen my cat maybe 2 times prior expressed their excitement with me. They are amazing at what they do, incredibly kind, and thoughtful when explaining information. I 100% would recommend this vet to anyone. I recently moved out of st Joseph to Buffalo, and I would choose the hour drive over going to any other vet.”
