This place is a blessing. If you're passing through, and you just broke down. You want to tow your vechile here. I broke down Thursday night, and on a Friday they got me fixed up. Even after running into issues in the middle of the day. Bethany went completely out of her way to make sure I had the parts to fix my truck. I still don't know how she pulled that off on a friday afternoon. Mechanics were professional and did really good work.
I travel for a living, and only have a chance to be home for a few days, before I have to head back out. They made sure I didn't have to let my daughter down again. I can't thank them enough for that.

Had Tiremax do service work on my RV. A failure occurred shortly after that was the result of a mistake during the service work. Tiremax quickly assumed responsibility and covered all the costs connected with resolving the problem. Great when a company stands behind it's work; they will continue to be my "Go To" place for service work and tires.

EDIT:THANK YOU FOR REACHING OUT- My Car is fixed and I could not be happier- I love bringing my vehicles out there- you are honest and knowledgeable, and that goes a long way. Your guys do a great job- Again- I appreciate you making this right!! changing my rating.Your service guys are great, The tires are very competitively priced.But what is not good is the attitude given to me when I call and check on why my car has been there for 7 days and when I can expect it back. I am spending a large amount of money to have my jeep fixed and all I have gotten since the minute I stepped in the door is attitude from the front desk. Called twice and no return call- when this car is your way to work and to get groceries, it makes it tough- not everyone has more cars to drive. I simply wanted some answers.

Absolutely amazing service and value. We were headed up to the lake with our boat and blew a tire. I called the shop, they had the tire we needed in stock. They were minutes from closing and said they would stay late for us to arrive, we were super grateful. I did not ask pricing, however, when I saw the bill, they were VERY fair (I would have paid almost anything). The technicians were fast and efficient getting us back on the road. While paying my bill I found out this is a local family owned business and the owners (with an another tech or two) were the ones staying to help. One of the best experiences with businesses I’ve had in a long time!

Great service, kind emoloyees, amazing prices, and THE BEST customer waiting area ever!! They've got WiFi so you can work while you wait, TV for entertainment, complimentary fresh popcorn, and a coffee bar!!!
