Worst service ever. Made the mistake of renting here, we paid ahead many times and paid extra several times and yet they locked us out once and are now telling us we’re being evicted even though we’ve paid constantly. The couple running this are very unprofessional. They scream and yell and swear at you when you question what’s going on. You can almost never get ahold of them. They refuse to send receipts even when asked. They can’t keep contracts and addresses or unit numbers straight. Absolute nightmare on the clerical side! Don’t waste your time or money here!

I was shocked at how unfriendly the management was. When being shown a unit, I was treated incredibly rude. No camera system on storage units, and located in a non-secure area.Ridgewood Storage, you may want to rethink your customer service "skills", as they were unimpressive to say the least.

Mr Stellmach was beyond helpful to my mom. Then when mom passed away he allowed us extra time to look through my moms stuff. Very kind and considerate to my family.

The storage unit owners have been super helpful! The units are very clean and updated. There was an incident at a unit, and through it all, they kept a great attitude and helped me figure everything out. They are very understanding and will meet your needs if able.

Units look nice from the outside but the service could use some improvement. Appears this is not their regular business and the gentleman I talked with briefly was rude. FYI - they don't do short term (less than a year) so not much use for someone moving to the area. Not the typical experience I've had with most people in the area.
