Terrible experience customer service team was disputing my complaint verbally. We had a shipment damaged and they claimed it was not their fault. Jeff the safety advisor was very combative. Even the sales department admitted it was there fault the driver didn’t follow the instructions on how to tie the load down. the first driver said to me now I know and won’t haul it like that again. second driver said I knew that was wrong but hauled it anyway now. Jeff said that they didn’t even tie it down only lying to save a claim. Very very frustrating extremely unhappy. I just wish people would own their mistakes and take care of them.Would not recommend anyone to use this carrier

I hired Brenny Transportation to transport a stone cutting machine from Minnesota to Alaska. Great communication, arrived on schedule. Overall very happy with their service.

Booked a load with them. They told me that I have the load and would send me the rate confirmation in the morning. I called the manager (Wyatt) to double check and he said he's already been told about it, so to go ahead and head that way. I call the following morning wondering why I haven't received the rate confirmation yet and the lady (Beth) tells me, she didn't book it because nobody answered the phone. I didn't receive a phone call and my boss didn't receive a phone call. Nor did we receive an email. So I asked her, "What number did you call?" "She tells me the wrong number and the wrong DOT. So I tell her the correct information and told her the time my boss sent the packet she asked for. She tells me she will call back in a few minutes. She does so and tells me she just forgot to book the load and that she's sorry. I drove five hours to hear an, "I'm sorry." So I talk to the manager (Wyatt), about some form of compensation for driving five hours and he tries to tell me, "We don't tell drivers to head

I have worked closely with the folks at Brenny Transportation for at least the last five years, and it has been an absolutely rewarding experience!One of my favorite parts about working with Brenny is that when I call in, they know me. I know that when I call someone who legitimately cares will be on the other end.Joyce, Bonnie, and the rest of the Brenny family have welcomed me with open arms anytime I have been in the area. I try to model my own company after Brenny, as their culture is positive, empowering, and motivating. When I have been in some low spots, Joyce has given me encouragement and lifted me up.All of the folks at Brenny are true professionals- from driver Jesse, to Scott and the guys in the shop, to all of the office folks like Meghan, JR, Bryan, Wyatt, Brandi, to Bonnie and Joyce. Not just true professionals, but Champions of professional drivers everywhere!

I have been at Brenny for almost two years now, and cannot explain enough how wonderful it is to work for a company that truly cares about their employees and their family, and our community. I remember when I first started, I told my family that this place was too good to be true! A company that has a retention rate above 85% for truck drivers in an industry that that is unheard of, just really shows Joyce and Todd are doing something right!!
