Amazing service! We were greeted as we entered the store and the female employee helped us talk through options for the hardware cloth/ screen we needed. We don’t live in town but will drive to shop there again!

Very freindly staff, they are willing to order anything not in stock but available from Ace. If it is at Home Depot and Ace, I always buy it at Ace.

Great customer service and friendly staff! I went in this morning and an employee was waiting to open the door for me and asked me how he could help right away! I was in and out in less than two minutes but the experience struck me as being the most pleasant retail experience I have had in a long time simply because someone treated me kindly.

This is what a hardware store should be, and what they used to be. It’s the personal service you need from the knowledgeable people that you don’t find at the national chain stores. Do you have a bolt but have no idea what size it is (but need five more)? This is the place you go.
