“I was traveling through St. James on a motorcycle road trip Friday August 6th and the battery in the bike died. I called NAPA, they had the battery, I asked them for a recommendation for a tow service to jump start the bike so I could get to NAPA. great recommendation!! When I got to NAPA they loaned me the tools to install the battery. GREAT People!!!! they helped to safe my trip!! Thank you sincerely, Ken G.”
“My car lost power on my drive home, I needed a engine coil. So I walked into this O’Reilly auto parts and the lady at the front counter (Racheal) wasn’t able to find the part in the store, so she calls another O’Reilly an hour drive away and they have the part I need. So Racheal drives halfway there meets up with the guy from the other store and drives all the way back to drop off the part I need to get home. I am very impressed and grateful for this costumer service. I will exclusively be going to O’Reilly auto parts because of this young ladies kindness, we need more people like Racheal in this world!”

“We had an accident a couple weeks back. I called Quality Collision because the left a good impression for good friendly service about 5 years ago when I had someone rear end my volvo xc90 at the round abouts in town. He was glad to look our 2019 Toyota Camry and estimate any damages due to the crash. They team was quick and we had good stimulating conversation about the guy liking our ride. I will definitely ? take our camry here for the repairs. I highly recommend”
