This was my second time going to St Francis Dental Care. They were my first choice because they are close to where I live and take my Dental insurance. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago. My hygienist was Mandy. She was great and made me feel very comfortable. I like the sonic instrument instead of the scraping and she does a wonderful job of it. I saw Dr Dahlgren who answered all my questions and gave me a referral for what I needed. She put me at ease and was very knowledgeable answering multiple questions I had.

First the care I received was nothing short of a nightmare. They told me I needed a crown which the tooth was perfectly fine. I believed them, they put the temp crown on and I had nothing but a HOT Tooth left to feel all the pain. The assistants were horrible, did not care if they were wrenching on your mouth, cutting the crap out of your lips and cheeks, did not care if you needed to swallow, just simply did not care at all! Took over 3 hours to place a Temporary Crown that was bullshit anyway. STAY AWAY from this place. They just want the money. Also they told me I would need to get 2 teeth pulled and need implants. Well to my dismay I went to another dentist and they were the BEST, turns out I did not need to have any teeth pulled, just the proper alignment. SO to safe yourself a lot of hurt, time and money. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. You will regret it.

This was literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone that works there is super nice. And the dental work is perfect. Usually dentist jam that numbing needle in my gums hard and it hurts but I didn’t even feel it here. Was very gentle. And he fixed a chip in my front tooth for free out of kindness. This place is awesome

Today was my first visit to the dentist in years, my first time ever at St Francis Dental. The staff made me feel so welcome!! Mandy was the nicest hygienist I have ever had, and when I expressed my nerves and explained my lack of regular dentist visits, she was so understanding and took great care to make me happy, healthy, and comfortable. I am so glad to be working with this team to get healthy again! When my dad said he “enjoyed” going to the dentist I was skeptical, but I’m glad I took his recommendation!

First time pt with Dr Huether, he was so professional without being stuffy. I was so comfortable and enjoyed my experience. Jodi and Sarah were so friendly and made me feel so welcome. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. What a great team!!

Very nice staff. They get you in quickly. The assistant and hygienist do a great job & do their best to keep you comfortable. The dentist is fast but thorough. The office is clean and tidy. I highly recommend.
