The guy at PTL in st Francis that towed my truck gave me a bogas address . Hoping I wouldn't be able to get my truck out on that day. And told me to come back a day later on Saturday charging me for another day of storage.. because he didn't give me the right address on purpose hoping on another day of storage. Unfriendly and doesn't want to help anybody . Hoping to get extra days of storage.. he said I would have to pay another day storage because he wouldn't be able to meet with my
towing company on the day I paid to get it out of his little yard 8 miles away bad business man to say the least. -1 stars not helpful at all...

What I like about PTL is that the quote I get has always been the amount I pay, no extra charges, hidden fees, etc.

Wife was in a bad accident and PTL towed the vehicle. I removed the items that I could find from the vehicle. Before they junked the vehicle they went through it again and found items that I missed. They called me and returned the items to me. They went above and beyond.

This was my first time here. They are great to work with as they listened carefully to my needs and requests. They were very helpful and cautious with my vehicle. I had an appointment so the wait was very short. With my oil change there was no oil left dripping and I believe everything underneath was wiped down as I never smelled any of the burning oil smell. They did a a great job and I highly recommend them.

This was a towing job on the morning of the 4th of July. This guy was great. With a fairly difficult recovery, he never complained, just kept at it until success.
If there were 10 stars, he would get that.

Awesome job guys!!! Thank you for the fast response! We had a bearing seize up on our enclosed scissor lift trailer! In the round a bout, in front of your shop. Causing us to lose a wheel.
Thank “GOD” it happened there, at a slow speed!!!
I have this trailer serviced 2x a year so something like this never happens! We are very thankful that happened the way it did and not on the highway at a much higher speed!
