Nightshift people are disrespectful wouldn’t exchange a battery that I just bought that was bad when the guy was like yeah I have to fully charge it to make sure it’s bad while I brought it in dead. What does that mean to you? Why would I bring in a good battery to trade for a good battery doesn’t make sense. Idiots

Amazing people at the auto part store. They genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this store for your vehicle needs. I had an issue with a battery and they were amazing to work with.

Have stopped at this location several times for parts. I always end up dealing with the same person (female assistant manager) she always says they don't Carry parts I need (break line, fuel line, several different connectors) Any time I say I will check with Autozone she tells me she already did and they also don't carry the parts. However everything I reach out to autozone or even a different O'Reilly they always have the parts. Even though this location is close to home I will no longer be shopping at this location.

I go there to get parts I can replace and they always have them in stock. I have a Chevy avalanche, Chevy equinox, and a Chevy Cruze.
