Our family has used this pharmacy for years. They treat us like family. Everyone is so kind and professional! Lead pharmacist Erika, is extremely knowledgeable. Pat is extremely organized and always gets prescriptions synced and updated. Kim is always so friendly and kind. Forgive me for not mentioning everyone because you are all very professional. ?

I am beyond disappointed with this pharmacy! My son had a tooth removed at 10am in st francis and was given a prescription by the dentist. I went to goodrich pharmacy in county market to drop it off around 11am. I waited in line for about 5 minutes behind an adorable elderly lady when one of the pharmacy staff asked me if I was just dropping off and when I said yes she said she would Meet me around the side. I went to the side where the tall woman with glasses and redish brown/blonde hair pulled back in a pony took the paper prescription and asked me if I was going to wait around and that it would be about 20 minutes. I said no I wasn't waiting and my husband would be picking it up after work (my son didn't have to start the medication until tonight). My husband then shows up at 5:30pm to pick up the prescription and is told they don't have one for my son. My husband calls me and I tell him exactly what the woman looks like that I handed the prescription to and he points her out to another staff member as the person who took the prescription order. I then called the pharmacy while my husband was there and was told they were just finishing up with my sons prescription. Then my husband calls me back at 5:55 and tells me that the lady I handed the prescription to just up and left and the other staff member told him they don't have the medication for my son! Then she tried to lie to my husband and say that they probably tried to call me earlier today to let me know they didn't have it. But when I called at 5:40 while my husband was there the said they were just finishing it. Apparently it took them 6 hours to get it going. My husband is now running around trying to find a pharmacy to fill this prescription and those pharmacists get to just go home and relax after completely screwing us over with their lack of responsibility, work place ethic and ability to just be decent human beings. I am absolutely disgusted with how they tried to cover themselves when they didn't even start the prescription until my husband got there and then proceeded to lie. Terrible Terrible service, thank God this isn't a prescription for something life threatening that they just forgot about but I doubt they would even care. And to the woman who took my paper prescription to fill it..... you absolutely suck at your job and should be ashamed of yourself!

As caring and helpful as you could possibly expect from a pharmacy. Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable, and the entire staff is very helpful. Oh, AND, they save me money! Could not recommend more highly.

All of the staff I have encountered were friendly and informative. When I would call and ask a question or ask for them to look something up they were patient and professional with me. I was skeptical at first with it being a pharmacy in a small town area with past experiences in other areas but felt so nice to be given the opposite experience and better.

Only a few minute wait and excellent service when I arrived for my vaccine. Of course, I had scheduled an appointment online then never called to confirm or anything but showed up on time and they got me right in.
