Absolutely the worst!! They don’t even deserve one star. After an accident on 65 my daughters car was towed during a recent snow storm. We were told the car was at Tobins. When we got there it was closed. Monday morning we went back to Tobins and were told that they were not affiliated with the towing company. Then we figured out we had to go St Francis. We were met with a very unprofessional man who charged my daughter an exuberant amount of money! When I questioned why he became combative and tried to intimidate me by “ staring me down”. The more we tried to explain how we thought they were closed on Sunday due to their unclear signage and the location of the actual impound lot, the more unprofessional he became. Her car was there for less than 24 hours. People beware!! These guys will take advantage of you regardless of your circumstances. Be prepared for a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience!Service: Car towing

Went to retrieve a car after it was impounded. The vehicle was at one location, but the paperwork was at another. Had to go to the second location to sign pw, then back to the original location to get the vehicle. Went to start the engine, but the battery was dead because they left the door open. I was told they had no jumper cables, so I was on my own to find a way to jump it. Terrible customer service. All they care about is getting their towing fee.

Excellent service. Answered my call immediately and gave an estimate for earliest time of arrival and cost. Very happy with the driver, professional and courteous, handled my car well and provided a receipt for my payment. Couldn't be happier and will recommend.

How could I give an impound lot 5 stars?. The process was easy. The guy was helpful and quick. There was no additional damage to the vehicle from towing.

Called this company earlier in the morning to see if they’d be available to tow my toolbox bock out to my house. I called them because they were about 2 miles from my house. They were able to come out same day and help me out. The driver (I think his name was James) was running a little late but he gave me a call to communicate that and told me how long tell he’d be there. He was a super cool guy, very nice and he was pretty funny. 10/10 will be calling them again if I need another service.Service: Local hauling

Used Ark towing today to bail me out when a failed bearing left my boat on the side of hwy 65 with 1 wheel. The driver went out of his way to do no damage to the boat while loading even though it was not the easy way to load it. Got my boat to a repair shop and the price was quite reasonable imo given my situation. I strongly recommend this company (although I hope to never have to use them again ?)Thanks!

My daughter slid into the ditch on an icy day on highway 65. I picked her up and we went home to call a tow service. This business was dispatched by the state police to tow the vehicle. That is fine, but when we were trying to get the details on where we could recover the vehicle this man was extremely unprofessional. He yelled at my daughter, husband, and sent them to talk to the police on where to recover the vehicle. The police redirected us to the tow truck driver. We arrived at the lot only to find no one there to help us and he then told us he would be there when he could. Every interaction was less than professional and he was just rude. I have no problem paying for the tow or recovery, but I have never been so disappointed in a business owner serving the community I live in. In the Cambridge flooding on Wednesday 8-17-22, we were stranded and our roadside assistance was no help at all, We call ARK and they were out in 20 minutes and rescued us. Absolute worst towing company ever. State law says medical assistance qualifies as low income to get property from vehicle for free and they tried telling me that they don't like to take that cause anyone can get it and my insurance card says minnesota health care program and I showed proof that Blue plus is a medical assistance program but they did not care. Eventually I got my stuff but now they r saying they r sending the bill to collections. Pretty sure u can't do that just cause you are upset about a state law. I will be reporting to the BBB.Service: Car towing
