About White Valley Motel
White Valley Motel is a classic, clean, and comfortable mom-and-pop motel with great service and a great price. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable, though they are dated and show signs of wear. The location is perfect for visiting the Winona County Fair, Whitewater State Park, and the Driftless Region, being within walking distance of several restaurants and an antique store. The new owners are improving the place. There are some negatives, including a claustrophobic shower, a warped bathroom door, and no included breakfast. However, the staff is very friendly and hospitable, often going out of their way for guests. For the price, it couldn't be beat as a comfortable place to lay your head.
Poor services, but the staff very nice. Office sign said, " OPEN " , but no one there. I reserved through Expedia, but White Valley Motel didn't honor Expedia price. They said they have their own local price. See receipt for details.

Great service, the attendant that night was awesome, got us firewood for a bonfire , cleaned up the area . and even had a cigar with us. Rooms were dated but very comfortable. For the price couldn't be beat.

Staff very friendly and Scott went out of his way being hospitable with getting a bon fire going for us and bringing us wood. Obviously not the Taj Mahal and needs updates but you got a place to lay your head.
