10/10 would break down in ST Charles MN again.
Our car broke down right on I-90. Thanks to Sandel we were able to not only park the broken car safely but also remove and replace a trailer hitch. The car was diagnosed quickly and a repair plan was made.

Phenomenal help when our motor went out kicking off a drive to Massachusetts! Not only incredibly quick to get us in (I'm talking 15 minutes or less!) and super communicative through the troubleshooting process, he also helped us swap our trailer to another hitch to keep the adventure going while our Yukon was fixed. Great guy, great service. Can't recommend enough.

I have a Chevy Suburban that has sat in my driveway for 10 months needing a transmission. Sheldon came to my own home to pick up the vehicle and bring it back to his shop to do a replacement and had it done within 3 days! Unmatched professionalism, prices, promptness and communication throughout the entire process!! Highly recommend!!

On my way down from the cities, broke down in St. Charles on a Wednesday at 5. Nobody else was open. He came out ASAP. I needed my car back on the weekend and he was able to get it done for me. Answered all questions with fast communication. Highly recommend!

Sheldon answered right away when I called him and showed up fast on a Saturday afternoon. We were traveling on our way to the Dells and my car broke down. He was able to fix it before the end of my trip and correspond with the dealer I bought the car from so I could enjoy my vacation. Thankful for his fast and friendly service. This took place in November and all has been well since.

Sandel auto repair answers you whenever you’re in need of help. I was on my way to the cities and my car broke down in St.Charles. I called him and he came and fixed my car ASAP. Very reliable and does great work.

The type of service you dream of. My very trustworthy ford broke down so I called the one guy I knew who could fix it, Sandel Auto Repair LLC, and I could not believe how fast he fixed up the old ford. outstanding customer service! Traveling across state car broke down, he was so willing to get it fixed even with it being after 6pm. absolutely no hesitation or questions asked, quick, reliable, great price! My car ran amazing afterwards. Can't thank him enough for getting me back on the road.
