Watched one of their tow trucks back into someone in a parking lot. He clearly felt it and stopped, the guy yelled at him to stop and he quickly accelerated out of the parking lot. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he maybe didn't know it happened and called to let him know. He admitted it was him but immediately said I didn't feel anything and hung up on me. I'm not sure if it was his company y but he answered the phone when I called so I assume yes. I would say stay far far away from a company like this. He did a lot of damage to not notice and could not care to address or make it right imagine what he would do if he was towing your vehicle

They recovered my stolen car that was taken from Cheney WA, towed it all the way here and was very helpful, great communication

My car was stolen from Washington state and bills towing towed it back here for us. They were very easy to work with and got us our car back in a timely manner.

I wish I could give 100 stars. We were stranded and at Love's in St Charles at night and it's Christmas weekend. After sitting there for hours trying to figure out next move, we got a tow to a shop that was technically closed and stayed open to help get us back on the road. We didn't even call Bill's I think a Christmas Angel did. Either way it was a blessing and they were so nice and helpful, really saved Christmas for us! Would recommend everyday!!!

Bill & Brock and the other gentleman went so far over and beyond the call of duty to get my rig and my trailer off the side of the road and get me situated!! They should get 100 stars; they whole crew was phenomenal! Even more so with a followup call the next day to see how things turned out with getting my rig repaired! If you are even broke down between Nodine and Rochester, I highly recommend calling Bill’s towing!

Amazing tow company they were there quick to not only get my car off the side of the highway but proceed to help me fix the problem. Very responsive, very friendly, very decent pricing! Was stuck at the Sinclair station with a dead truck, after 5 minutes they were here another 5 minutes my truck was running and I was on my way! Recommendable for sure!
