“Our first time at this meat market.....not much in the case, but after asking if they had a chuck roast the meat market guy brought out a beautiful piece of meat, we also bought the "salt & pepper hamburger" (I pan fried these burgers for dinner tonight!! Oh my.......this was the BEST BURGER I have ever had 5 stars!!!!!! So good!!!!!! Even though we live 28 minutes away, we will be back!I can't wait to make my chuck roast! We also bought summer sausage! Ate this on crackers this afternoon......5 stars again!! ❤️”

“Wow, I brought in some beaver meat and venison to have cheddar sticks made. They suggested adding beef to help firm up the sticks due to the consistency of the beaver meat. Best sticks I've ever had. The hot dogs are the bomb as well. Great customer service!!!”

“My husband and I love Cathy Mackenthun’s. We just moved to Minnetrista and that is now our go to place when needing fantastic steaks and meats. We also love their pasta salads and cheeses. The meats are smoked perfectly and the steaks are just incredible! Cathy’s carries fresh produce and grocery items as well. It’s a tad bit pricier, but it’s 100% worth it. We haven’t had something we don’t love!”
