We used 4 Seasons Construction recently for major remodels to our two upstairs bathrooms. Steve Wadsworth and his work force where absolutely fantastic to work with. We had some design challenges with our master bathroom renovation, but Steve took the time to sketch out a best-case design solution, and we went with it. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of his work, and well as his exceptional personal customer service. He's a top pro and we are an immensely satisfied customer.

We have used Steve and his crew for two bathroom remodels and now for new windows. They have also helped with a few smaller projects, like repairing old caulking in the kitchen. He has also given us quotes for outside work (deck and landscaping) but we're taking one project at a time!Steve is always very quick to respond and his team has been reliable and does wonderful work. Steve even invited us out to his farm and let our daughter meet all the animals. He is practical, very knowledgable and so kind! We always recommend this company when asked about the projects done in our home.

We started a light remodel of our walk-out basement in the spring, and some removed drywall on an outer exposed a ton of rot on the studs, sheathing, and siding that isn’t noticeable from the outside of the house. The original homeowners installed a deck incorrectly and water had slowly been leaking into the basement from the ledger and bad flashing ever since - about 15+ years. This wouldn't have been caught without removing the drywall, but it meant not only having to repair the house damage but also to replace the deck. This deck spanned the entire back side of the house (easily a 750 sq ft deck), so this was no small or cheap project. We reached out to well over 20 companies for quotes and assessment. Many of them we never heard back from, and just as many wrote off our project as too small or too cheap for them to bother with. Some weren’t available for several months (understandable), and a couple never even showed up to their scheduled consultations with us. The ones that did communicate decently well were unfortunately far out of our budget for this surprise project. We called 4 Seasons last, because honestly we thought they just did bathrooms and kitchens but an acquaintance suggested them and we figured they wouldn’t suggest them for the job if they didn’t do work like that. Talk about a Hail Mary and a saving grace! We submitted our inquiry through their website and Steve was in touch with us the next day. We were floored since it took at least a week to hear back from most of the other companies we reached out to. Even better – he came out a day or two later to review the damage and the project, and gave us a quote for the work only a couple days following that. So all of this communication and information, within the same week. That’s a big deal! We also liked that in his assessment, Steve really listened to what WE wanted as opposed to many of the other companies who just flat out told us what they would do, and left us no wiggle room for discussion. He was also very practical. Other companies wouldn’t do anything less than pretty much replace the whole back of the house, which is truly unnecessary in every way for our project, whereas Steve looked at how to maximize repair impact and value while minimizing unnecessary waste while staying in our budget, and with full understanding and respect to current building code (he didn’t cut corners to make ends meet).A few weeks later, Steve’s team was able to start our project. There are a few different team members for a few different tasks, all directed by Steve who joined them on-site to go over the project details and requirements. The first was a guy who came to pour the new footings for the deck replacement. He was in and out in a day, while still taking his time to really line everything up properly to the existing footings that were not being removed. The next was Josh, who stayed on-site for the entirety of the project. He quickly got the rotted material out from the walls, installed new sheathing where needed and water-sealed everything. Our house was built in the early 90s and has no Tyvek or similar product underneath the siding to protect from water, so seeing that material in this “problem area” was relieving alongside other self-sealing water membranes around spigots, pipes, etc. They really put some thought into the longevity of this repair.Next was the deck replacement which took about a week since the replacement deck was still huge despite being half the size of the old deck, and there was no sacrifice to quality at all with such a fast turnaround time. The end result is stunning, and we could see every precaution they took to ensure we don’t run into the same water issues as before and are left with a beautiful, practical deck that we don’t anticipate having to worry about any more.On top of it all, Steve and his team were truly kind, personable people who exemplified professionalism. We were really impressed and are so grateful to them, and will be recommending them to everyone we know who needs help with a project.
