Thank you so much for your great customer service. We were looking for a King sized mattress and found the perfect one with Noel. He did not pressure us at all while we shopped and tried the different styles. I asked about delivery and he was able to do it right away for a low fee. We will definitely be shopping at BoxDrop again!

We purchased a new mattress today from Noel and let me just say, it was such a quick and easy, hassle free experience! Noel was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He did not push us in any sort of way. He was absolutely phenomenal to do business with!! The mattress we purchased is pretty awesome -- I cant wait to go to bed tonight! I honestly cannot believe the quality of the mattress for the price we got it for! We were both blown away by the whole experience. I definitely 1000% recommend getting your mattresses and furniture needs from Noel. We will be purchasing again in the near future!

Very friendly. Not pushy at all. Flexible and made it very easy to find the right mattress. Willing to transport mattress from one location to another to allow me to test it out first. Provides warranty, 2 week return (with plastic on) and delivery. Affordable, good quality mattresses.
