“First time buying a part online from Pam’s, overall an excellent experience. The part was as described, arrived quickly and was well packaged. Everyone I interacted with at Pam’s was prompt and professional.
Initially, there was a very minor mistake with my order but they remedied it quickly. They first sent me an off the shelf part that was lower mileage but a slightly different part from the one I purchased and needed. Once I pointed this out, they sent a return a label and had the correct part pulled and on its way shortly after receiving my return. The two parts are almost identical so I completely understood why they sent the already pulled part. The difference is not easily distinguished unless you’ve really seen the two side by side.
How they handled the situation speaks volumes to me. I will definitely be ordering parts from Pam’s again! Great prices and excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“I recently had a very odd windshield problem after a car wash removed the seal of my windshield. I wasn’t sure what to do, how to fix it, or how to even describe the problem to someone on the phone. So, I drove my car to Safelite AutoGlass to physically show them the damage and have them assess it.
Not only did the Safelite AutoGlass assess the damage on the spot without an appointment, but they also fixed it IMMEDIATELY for an exceptionally good price— like, *EXCEPTIONALLY* good.
I pulled into the parking lot with the intentions of getting the damage assessed, and I left with the damage completely repaired. These folks are above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windshield repairs, regardless of how odd the damage might be :-)”
