Awesome job! Were upfront with their busy schedule, used OEM parts, and were spot on with the decals & paint blending. The complimentary car detailing was a nice surprise, owner was friendly, and don't forget the candy dish? Thanks guys for fixing Big Blue.

By far the best auto body shop in the state! From start to finish, their service has exceeded my expectations. I can't express enough how thankful I am to Pat and Phil at Augusta Auto Body for their expert advice dealing with my insurance after deer/car accident. Even had a loaner car to use until mine was repaired, which was so appreciated.
Fantastic customer service and amazing quality of work done by an expert crew. My car looked and smelled new , all polished and cleaned!
I would highly recommend Augusta Body Shop. They are a super friendly, honest family owned business.

I didn't have a major problem but it was something that needed to be fixed ASAP for I would have had water damage to the interior so they ordered the parts and as soon as they came in I was flexible and they squeezed it in which was really appreciative. From the very start to the very end, I felt like I've known these people for a long time. They're whole staff from the estimate to out the door was like we've been family. I would recommend them to anybody. Great work and a fair price. Thank you gentlemen..

I accidentally called Augusta Auto Body looking for my local shop in Augusta, Maine. Once we got through the confusion, Pat was incredibly helpful, generous with advice about what I should look for getting repairs on my 2023 Ram. It came through clearly that he loves what he does and runs an outstanding shop. Unfortunately, just a little too far for me to travel - you St. Augusta folks are lucky!

Very happy with the quality of our repair. We bought a car in November from Carvana, which was damaged in transit. While we had issues with their insurance provider giving us a hard time, Augusta really went to work to make the service work for us and the insurance. Chad and team didn't give up for months when other places probably would have. The insurance provider had us running around all over to try and find some other body shop for what felt like no reason before Augusta was able to get it all figured out. We didn't have to do anything!
End of January, it was finally time to get our car worked on. They did not have it long before it was fixed and it looks wonderful. I cannot tell it was ever damaged. On top of this, they cleaned out the interior of the car and it smells way better than when we got it from Carvana... (funny story, but their air freshener smelled horrible and we could never get the smell totally out...) During this time they provided a free loaner car so we were not stuck without transportation.
When we came to pick it up, the owner was a very friendly man and we spent a good while talking to him about our first baby that is on the way. Chad handed over our paperwork later and was also very nice, as he has continued to be through the whole process (which as mentioned, was not always fun, at no fault of Augusta, but the terrible insurance company Carvana made us use). We loved working with Augusta and will be back if we have more body work needs in the future.
