The bank seems good for the most part. My only issue is with the ATM. Apparently whoever installed that ATM thinks all the customers there drive monster trucks. Using it from a normal car window difficult because of how high up it is. Also there appears to be a sinkhole forming right where the drivers front tire would be when using the ATM tilting you even further away from it. Other than all that though it's a decent bank.

Horrible service, someone might answer the phone 10% of the time. Hidden fee's all the time and the app almost never works.

The bank employees, specifically Derek Ziller, have no professional skills. Extremely rude. ALmost to the point of harassment. Very unprofessional. The bank also did not file a release of a mortgage that was paid off many years back, so additional title work had to be competed. Would not recommend them.

Well for starters, my minor son was able to open a bank account with no problem using another adult in place of his parent figure, to abtain this account. I go and address this matter first hand about this illegal action. And still waiting for a call, the bank goes ahead and calls my minor son to talk about the issue.. I guess the next step is to call legal representation to address this matter .

Very nice people, their new online banking is convenient and easy to use. Much better bank than the big ones due to their personal touch and they know your name. Highly recommend!

I like this bank, everyone is super nice and when they thought there were fraudulent charges on my account, they were calling me 2 mins after the payment tries going thru. (It was me making the charge, but I appreciated that they were quick to make sure) lol

Unity Banks On line website is terrible to log into and Don't even try to change your password by yourself. It Never informs you when it's time to change the password. Even if you try to change it yourself you can't find where to do it. So just wait until one of the many times it locks you out and you have to call the Bank and then they make you feel like you should have known it was time to update your password. There is Not another Bank in Rush City so we deal with it!
