Great job! Very happy with the work that was done. From the day we got our estimate scheduled we were kept in the loop. All communications with my salesman Logan, were outstanding. He always had answers for me and when I left a message for him he would always call back promptly. I LOVE THAT! It’s hard to find that kind of customer service these days.The four gentlemen that did the work in my crawl space; Brenden B, Austin F, Brian K and Jonathon M were all polite and showed that they care about the job they are doing. Crew work hard in spite of 10 inches of snow and everything slippery. One of my basement walls was bowed 7 inches and they were able to move it to it's original position. Impressive.

Experienced staff! Austin Tooker and his crew Josh A. and Brady P. were so easy to work with. They were professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Couldn't believe the amount of work that was completed in less than two days.

Austin, Josh, Brady and Brandon did an amazing job waterproofing our crawl space and basement. They worked in a timely manner and with courtesy and respect. They were very clean during the whole process. Would definitely recommend them!

Entire team was extremely professional and efficient in their work time. Andrew, Ben, and Brandon answered all of my questions and provided incredible service from beginning to the end of the basement repair. Would definitely recommend this company/ team to anyone needing foundation repairs.

Half of our huge log house had sunk 6 inches over the 40 years it had been around. The other half of the house wasn't affected, but the sunk end needed to be "lifted" in order to square it up so we could proceed with some needed construction. The crew from Innovative Basement Authority was awesome, and they completed that big job in 2 days! Adam F, Andrew B, Robert P, and Ben were all very dedicated to doing their best work.They were very friendly and corteous, and each one of them was very particular about what they were doing. My husband and I are somewhat perfectionists, so having this crew here was the perfect crew for us! They explained everything they were doing and left the place cleaned up when they left. I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done.Gregory & Valerie Burmeister

We had Innovative Basement Authority (Rush City) install a drainage system, wall bracing, and additional sump pump in our basement after it had previously flooded. From the initial inspection with David to the actual work done by Hunter and Tyler, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of them took so much time explaining everything to us, why certain things were being done / how they worked, and really made us feel comfortable with a project that we knew nothing about prior. Hunter and Tyler in particular went above and beyond! Additional work was found to be needed once the walls were demoed and they worked tirelessly to fit it into the original two day installation previously planned, even staying until almost 8PM one evening. We couldn’t recommend Innovative Basement Authority and their team more! Thank you for the great quality work.

We had a great experience with Innovative Basement Authority. We worked with Logan to determine everything that needed to be included in our project. We did piering to stabilize our foundation. The pier crew, Adam and Joshua, explained things thoroughly and completed the job on time and as expected. We also needed concrete lifting. That crew, Andrew and Ben, were on time, thorough, and went above beyond to help us with the various areas we needed filled or lifted. The communication was thorough and timely. Everyone we talked to took time to answer our questions. The work was quality and looks great.
