I Won a. Storage here and met up with Rory! He was very nice, answered all my questions and did his job very well! The facility was very clean and well taken care of. It was nice to have someone like Rory it just make the experience that much better! Thank u Rory and KO storage!

Nice, clean and specious storage with nice shelving for extra space. Crystal called and checked on us to see if move in went smooth and if we need anything else. Great customer service.

The 5 stars is for the property manager crystal nice lady and try’s her hardest to make this the best place but for the company I would give it a 2 star as the gate does not work and is left open to anyone to enter because it doesn’t close properly it works when it wants to if it wasn’t for the property manager I would of found another storage unit Ty crystal

I called on a storage and spoke with a woman names crystal she was very professional and is super nice and understanding even though I was shopping around at the moment I think this storage would be on my top 3 and really considering this property. I had won a storage and it was a great experience it was my first time and this fella named Shaun was very helpful and met me at the exact time that we were supposed to meet at and he got me going on what I needed to do right away and asked if I needed help so he was very helpful and caring. I am very happy. Thanx again Shaun.

Very nice people & awesome customer service all around! Unit was clean no hassle access 24/7! Saved me tons of money by ally me to drop my trailer at the unit site and picking it back up the next day. Shawn was very accommodating and accessible 24/7 for any support or concerns. Reached back at me personally to ensure that I had everything I needed to make this experience as painless as possible! If I ever need a storage unit in the future, it will be KO!

I won a storage at this facility and it was a fantastic experience! The employee that I met with was Shawn. He was friendly and offered to help me with the storage. He was on time for our appointment, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. The place was clean and is watched over well. Thanks KO and Shawn!
