“I shopped all over North Dakota and Minnesota and found the exact truck I was looking for at Morrie's in Little Falls. I spoke with Andrew and he was very helpful and polite. Ended up making the 2-hour drive over there and I will say it was very worth it. Andrew was extremely helpful and informative. Never did either my wife or I feel pressured or intimidated. We traded in our old pickup and ended up extremely satisfied with how we were treated. Very simple trouble-free process of going through the trade. I can't imagine what else I would look for in the process of buying a new pickup I think this was the best experience I've ever had with a vehicle purchase. My son was heading to Camp Ripley for training, and he got a flat.
Ultimately, we towed the car to Rice Automotive, and they were nothing short of amazing to work with.
In the end, we needed all new tires, and I had them check the brakes. The rears required to be replaced. They were more than accommodating and helped me get my son's car back on track.
My son's sergeant came to pick him up because they had to go on a ruck, and understandably, they couldn’t wait. So Rice Automotive was more than accommodating to help me get things straight.
I might never be able to use them again, but if I did, I’d call them in a second.”
