The store at Ridge Dale is beautiful.. employees were friendly but the 300.00 SMEG toaster they talked me into needing is really not great... But I of course didn't save a receipt.

Very condescending staff. Came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but felt rubbed the wrong way by the saleswoman’s tone and ultimately decided to shop elsewhere—did not feel welcome here. :(

I had the audacity to return a poorly engineered garlic press and as the transaction was winding up the salesperson decided I needed a lecture on not taking returns on "used goods" I've shopped at WS for decades and have occasionally returned items. This was patronizing and just plain wrong. I had planned to do some shopping after the return but there is no way I was going to shop there.

Rude and disrespectful. I will avoid this particular store and hope the young employees are trained to treat everyone with respect and not behave in a snotty way. Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite store.

So unfortunate !!! Our experience was terrible to say the least , they were snotty , it seemed they were bother by us wanting to get a new coffee machine. They just reminded us why we never buy from them.

I shouldn't have to be accosted by 4 workers if I need any help. While walking around with a large gold jelly roll pan and cookie cutters, looking at other merchandise, the classic fraud prevention tactic of the sales associate loudly calling out what I was holding to the other associates was enough for me. I recommend going in with at least business casual attire (no shorts and t-shirt) if you don't want to be looked at like a criminal and treated like one.

I bought a pan that they didn't have in stock. I gave them my email address for what I thought would be shipping confirmations, etc. Without my knowledge or consent, they signed up my email address for a rewards program that's shared with a bunch of other companies like pottery barn and I've been getting tons of junk mail since from places like pottery barn, pottery barn kids, pottery barn teen, west elm, rejuvenation, etc. Each time I unsubscribe from something, the junk mail starts coming from a different sender. I know these were all initiated by williams-sonoma because all of the unsubscribe links redirect to cloud[.]e[.]williams-sonoma[.]com

The manager puts on a great front of being friendly and helpful to customers, however is not friendly to the employees that I have seen. Being unfriendly to your employees in front of customers is not giving a good vibe for the store, no matter how nice the product. The assistant manager (Molly) is incredible. It is nice that there are parking spots designated in front.

From what I can see, the management does not treat employees with as much respect as the guests. Customer satisfaction is the most important but so is being the face of the store! The assistant manager should get a raise and a promotion.Yes, they have quality items. If you need kitchen supplies that will last years and years, this is your go-to spot! I personally will not be going to this location but will absolutely purchase Willams Sonoma products in Edina or online.

Really poor customer service- my husband thirties and they accused me of stealing Because they saw me put my phone in my purse and thought it was a spatula....showed my purse to the worker but she would not stop following us around the entire time we tried to shop thereEnded up buying online from a competitorWould recommend going to any other one but this one

The manager of this location was very helpful, not only with my purchase but other customers in the store. Checked in with everyone shopping. Even though my exact item wasn't available, she offered me something very similar in store AND also offered to order my exact item. Recommend for holiday shopping.
