Wells Fargo No Fairview Ave Roseville, MNOne star is too many. Currently....drive up closed. My wife is in a wheelchair and going into the lobby is quite difficult. OK, so I call to find out when they plan on opening the drive up. Automated bs and then... 'no one is available to answer your call right now'. Last month we stopped to use the cash machine which of course had no cash. This whole outfit is about as UNcustomer friendly as it gets. I guess when they pay .00001% to keep your money, they just aren't making enough to have employees, answer a phone or have cash on hand. Time to move these accounts to a real bank.

Wanted to take out cash. Teller said I would have to look at other branches even though it was a modest amount. When I asked to see the manager she initially said no, then did eye rolling and went and got the useless manager the opened a case and then it was closed immediately. Rude teller. Useless manager. Spent the last 24 hours trying to get my money, will likely electronically transfer it to a real bank. Don't rely on this branch or this bank.Called the WF customer service, went through 3 layers of escalation. Essentially the top level wanted to help me, but it all boils down to what every lame branch you end up with.Beware of this "bank" it is mom

ATM took my money. The bank won't refund me. The machine simply took my money but didn't record it. When I asked for videos they refused. Interact at your risk.

We were at this branch on 12/14/2022 to change/update my wife's last name. We had such a horrible experience. The Banker Dana Perkinsgoodrie was very rude und unprofessional towards us for no apparent reason. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn't mean she should pass on her bad mood to the customers. Looks like she definitely hates her job here!We do have Home mortgage, Business. Savings and personal checking accounts with Wells Fargo and now considering moving our account to other more welcoming friendly Bank. Dana Parkinsgoodrie making everyone else who work at this branch looking very bad! We do not recommend anyone banking here!

Horrible experience. We're just trying to update the key execs for our company and add/delete people who can sign checks. We've had to come back three times, and they keep telling us each time we need something different to jump through their hoops. Still need to come back at least once more to meet the bank's requirements. If it was up to me, we'd close our account and go to a bank that appreciates our business.

Customer service wasn't good. We were both at wrong but the lady didn't seem to want to help when I was clearly bothered. Won't be making another appointment here.

Brutal service. Despite their history of defrauding their customers (you can look it up), we stayed with Wells Fargo because we didn't want to change our automatic payments. Our bad. Now we're trying to close our account because we're moving, but the Roseville branch doesn't answer its phones, nor will any of the other branches nearby, and you can't leave a message. We need to do some in-person banking before we close, so the national customer service and online options won't help. Last time we needed to see someone, we had to get an appointment a half-hour away because all the closer branches had no one available. There are lot of people walking around seemingly doing nothing, so I'm guessing it's either low morale or purposeful short staffing to save money. They give the impression that they really don't care about their customers. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. I sat in the lobby for over an hour and it came to closing time and they come out and tell me they can't help me because it's past 5. Not once did the multiple people walking around aimlessly ask me what they could help me with. Horrible customer service. Plenty of other banks out there me for me to take my business to.
