I worked for Walser years ago as a salesman. Things have changed. I went to look at a newer pickup truck,
I drove it with the salesman. I liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. I had a trade in. I know the ins and outs of making car deals I've done it for years. I told him about my trade and some of the things that have been recently done to it. It should be noted this truck has no mechanical issues and not a spot of rust. (from California) It is a 1999 F150 with 172k miles and a slight lift, The rims alone are worth 2k. The truck I was looking at was $17,900.00 It books around 11k, but the miles were low 108k 2009 F150. I told the salesman I would like 7k for the truck. I knew they wouldn't do that but that's where I started. The sales manager looked at my truck. He came out of his office and said, "I can give you $1000.00 for your truck". at first, I thought he was punking me, but he was serious "A thousand dollars" he said he looked at an online auction and one sold for $1200.00.
He should have come out of his office and said, "we can't do this deal were too far apart" My kids were with me so i kept my cool and left. They never called a wholesaler for a bid. I would have settled for 5k, I have an 800-credit score with money down. Never bothered to ask me any of that.
Bottom line on this...They probably have a 2-3k markup on the truck I wanted to buy. So, they put a thousand-dollar allowance against my trade. I'm giving them my truck for free and still paying full retail for their vehicle.
This did not feel like going to a "Walser" store it was more like a "Buy Here Pay Here" Lot.

I dropped my car off in the evening, wrote up the information on the car and dropped the key in the secure box. While the parts were not available the next day, my car was done on time and right. The pickup was fast and easy.

Had a great experience trading a used vehicle for a used vehicle.
Initially dealt with Rene via email and phone regarding a trade/purchase value who then set me up with Adam to finalize the trade and purchase of a vehicle.
Both were incredibly professional and made me feel like they cared about my needs and not just selling a vehicle.
Adam has a great sense of humor and an easy-going personality. Highly recommended if you hate pushy salesperson types.
The dealership itself is a very pleasant experience. Open tables rather than closed off glass offices and/or messy desks.
I've purchased over two dozen vehicles in my lifetime, and this was definitively one of the best experiences. Thanks much!

I saw a car online I was interested in & decided to check it out in person.
I was introduced to a young salesman named Adam & he proceeded to help me investigate the car.
I decided to buy it & Adam helped walk me through all the paperwork, etc. I enjoyed the conversation with Adam as we waited for things to be finalized.
When I was done & ready to leave, Adam offered to bring my other vehicle home so I didn’t have to come back later to pick it up & I really appreciated that.
For a younger guy, Adam has good people skills & understands the importance of focusing on the clients wants & needs. Great job Adam!
Also, this is the 2nd car we’ve bought from a Walser dealership & both experiences were excellent.

2019 Acadia wheel. Warranty department said they were too expensive to replace and wouldn't do anything. That is my point. Something that expensive shouldn't look like this after 39,000 miles. If this is what GMC means by "Professional Grade", they aren't very good at backing their product. Also, at 39,000 miles I brought my vehicle in and told them there was a problem with the transmission. They insisted that there was no problem. After having my vehicle for 2 months they determined the problem was the transmission and replaced it.

After running an online estimate through Kelley Blue Book on my 2007 Chevy Impala, Rene reached out to me to look at the vehicle. After he test drove and evaluated my vehicle, he offered a good price which I accepted. Rene was very courteous, informative and fair during the sale process. I would contact again if I have a similar situation in the future.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had selling my 2010 Lexus. Rene was great helping me through the process since I had never done it before. He was very personable and patient. I received a fair price for my car and he even offered to give me a ride home. This kind of service is not what I experienced at other dealerships and because of that and Rene’s great service I would definitely go back to buy or sell another vehicle.

We purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 from them this weekend. Rrod did a great job walking us through the features of this vehicle and answering all our questions. They were very fair in offering us a trade-in value for our Tahoe. Everything was very streamlined and they got out the door in our "new" truck with plenty of time left to enjoy our day. We would definitely recommend them when looking for your next vehicle.
