I'm not a usual Walgreen's shopper, so when I am, it's to stack coupons and make one swift trip—unfortuantely, that has not always been the case with other Walgreen's locations. Although I had to go back to this location because the product they packed was definitely used—after already having a great interaction with Sheri during curbside pickup, I called her and told her of my inconvenience and she said "come on in, and we'll make it right". Although what I wanted was not in stock, she honored both the time it took (almost 40+ minutes back and forth just for a body butter that was meant to be a gift) and she listened to my qualms with the inconvencience and since my item wasn't in stock, allowed me to choose something comprobable to what I was interested in. Although I've been frustrated with the Walgreen's customer phone service and actually a completely different Walgreen's location a previous time (hence, why I chose a new location ) Sheri was able to reinstate and renew what is generally has been an unpleasant experience for me.Thank you Sheri for your patience and understanding!

So the good and the bad - hence 3 stars.
I have a very complex medical situation and have been using this pharmacy for over a decade.
So the BAD (would give negative stars if I could here): after COVID both amazing pharmacists Jake and Karen left. There are 2 new full time and one float pharmacist there now I believe. None of them have any history with me at all.
There are 2 male pharmacists, one of whom is a float named Steve and a female. The female is outrageously rude and condescending, but Steve’s behavior is unethical and sadistic.
The GOOD and AMAZING (much more than 5 stars): the 2 senior pharmacy technicians Maria and Pam who have known me and been there for years as well as Blake who is somewhat newer are consistently kind and lovely. They always go out of their way to help, be friendly and non judgmental. These 3 are the reason I stay with this pharmacy - they are so great they more than make up for the appalling and frightening behavior of the pharmacists.
Like other reviewers, I have taken steps to make sure upper management is aware of my serious concerns with the 2 pharmacists who have left me in tears multiple times.

The Walgreens on Cty Rd C and Snelling in Roseville Mn is awesome. The people who work in the pharmacy are outstanding.

The pharmacy is not up to date on COVID vaccine information. I had my appointment for the updated shot canceled, and the employee explained it was because I am “not eligible due to being under 65 and not immunocompromised.” This is no longer accurate to the current CDC guidelines, and I was able to get the same vaccine the next day through my hospital.
The employee was kind, but I was frustrated to have my appointment cancelled due to incorrect information. I would hope Walgreens would be more up to date on something as important to public health as vaccine eligibility.

An hour to put 12 pills in a bottle and to slap a label on some oral rinse is ridiculous. Hire more staff, hire staff that can fill prescriptions not staff that slows things down by lecturing the customer about how busy they aren’t. Tragic that this is what Walgreens considers “good healthcare”

The Pharmacist Steve leaked my Hippa information and also harassed me over the phone. He wouldn’t stop calling my phone threatening me that he’s pressing charges for a regular miscommunication. Currently working on getting in contact with higher ups.

Pharmacist Steve is one of the best Pharmacists I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire life. It is obvious Steve genuinely cares about his customers as he treats them like a friend. He went above and beyond what I expected as a customer to ensure my prescriptions were filled in a timely manner. Steve expedited my order when he realized one of my prescriptions was on back order and went out of his way to give me a date to expect the shipment and also apologized for the delay. He is funny, kind, personable, and efficient. Steve exemplifies excellence and is a wonderful ambassador for the Walgreen's brand. Thank you, Steve, for going out of your way to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. Your kindness and personalized service really made my day. Thanks again, Steve. ?

The MANAGER was rude and seemed to be discriminatory towards me. I noticed the ATM was out of service and I came to the store to get cash out of the ATM. So I politely asked if this store offers cash back. The manager kept walking and said yes only $20: one time. With an attitude. I told her I was ready to be rang up. She continued walking as if she didn’t hear me although the store was empty and there wasn’t any other cashiers present. I went to the photo area to ring out. The same lady who just had looked me in my face, walked directly past me and ignored me came to the counter to make sure I wasn’t attempting to get cash back with my purchase. She obnoxiously stated “I just told her NO” the cashier proceeded with my purchase ignoring the lady. I said what is the problem/ she said “I just told you that you couldn’t get cash back more than once” Like lady are you serious you literally just ignored me and walked past me. Now your back in front to make sure I don’t get cash back. This is not the first racist encounter I’ve had with the same lady. She picks with black people purposely and tries her hardest not to service us. She should not be a manager being this ill mannered and rude. But with the shortage on workers they have to hire anyone obviously.
