Jeff and the entire staff at Village Autoworks were tremendous. I received an estimate for multiple projects that they identified needed done (and they really did need done, like new tires along with the corresponding alignment, a transmission fluid service etc). They scheduled an appointment, informed me of how long they would need the car and completed everything in a timely manner and at the price estimated. They also washed the car and just did terrific work in a very friendly, professional manner.

Car was acting funny on the way to work was able to bring it to Village Auto. They are able to complete two tie rods two ball joints and two control arms and I was able to drive home the same day.

My daughter brought her Jeep in for service, and the shop discovered more issues than she had anticipated. My daughter reached out to discuss the findings and suggested I speak with Shelby, who went the extra mile to clarify the essential nature of the repair work. Shelby patiently explained the details of each item on the list and emphasized the importance of completing the work. Since I live in Maryland, Shelby's professionalism and thoroughness put me at ease. We proceeded with the repairs, and Shelby later called me to confirm that all repair items were complete. I received a coupon in the mail from Village AW for an oil change. It was enough of a savings worth trying them out. I've been getting my vehicle oil changes from another place for 20+ years and have been satisfied. It was a personable experience and nice not to sit in my car the entire time. I will try them again without a coupon to see how they compare cost wise unless I get another great coupon to use!

My son & I were 16 hours from home & our Suburban started acting up. We were under a time crunch with a baseball game at the University of Minnesota & having to leave immediately after to make the long drive back to MT. Village got us in immediately figured out the problem & fixed it fast to get us on our way. Also gave us free rides to & from the ballpark while the car was being fixed. Such a blessing to have a great shop that cares work on your vehicle! Highly recommend Village to anyone! Thank you!!
