things you should never hear a public-facing employee say regarding what your wife was told by said employees coworker: "yea, it's not going to work like they told you"
then he tried to sell me another line instead of offering a loaner phone. you know, since they can't deliver on their promises, they just want to bill you more. no loaner, but they've got a phone to sell me?
stay away from this store, and optimally, this provider.

Manager thinks he's the best in the world at what he does. Hires no experience employees and based off the reviews.... he's got no idea what he's doing. It's sad how bad Verizon is at hiring good employees. Typically the worst people are in charge of hiring at Verizon. Wouldn't recommend this location due to low experience and a manager that is very bad at his job.

I don't usually get upset with retail experiences, but when I do, I'll write one of these. This might be the third negative Google review I've written in my life, and this one is well deserved.
I innocently walked in thinking I was going to talk to someone about upgrading my phone. After seeing reviews here by people who claimed they were served on a walk-in basis, I did not expect to be turned away. But that's what happened. I was told I could not be seen without making an appointment--which I apparently could not do on the spot--even though there were employees that looked idle.
I wonder if I didn't look like the kind of person they want to do business with. I was wearing a t-shirt and hadn't shaved in a few days. Perhaps the folks who get walk-in service are better groomed. One way or another, I made the trip to the store with my scarce and valuable time and had to drive back home without success.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Collin. I got help within 15 minutes despite not having an appointment. Really appreciate our mobile phone support workers - with everything we use our phones for, they should be considered essential workers.

I was ready to write a glowing review of Colton when I got to Verizon and was helped right away. I went in to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 2020 SE to a 13 or 14. Colton first wasted my time by showing me plans for the 15 and 15 pro - neither of which I was interested. When I declined both, and asked again for a quote on the 13, he seemed annoyed. I could relate. In a hurry to leave (going on 2 hours now), I said I was prepared to do the data transfer from phone to phone on my own. He insisted it would not take long, so I waited. And waited. And watched him cancel and restart the process not once, but 3 times. I finally just said I had to go to work. I left, did the data transfer myself in 30 min while I was at work, and I will drop off my trade in phone tomorrow. Not sure if Colton is new or just too proud to let a customer have the autonomy when they know what they are doing. This was a disappointment to say the least. Plus they were all out of iPhone 13 cases so I had to order one online.
In the future, I'd say skip the store - do it all online and save yourself the frustration.

Our family had a pretty rough experience at this store both times we've been here in the past week.
I went in to upgrade my phone & the tech changed all of my device plans without my knowledge & added perks to my account that I didn't want without consulting me. The tech mentioned in passing that he was able to add those seemingly random perks without changing my monthly bill, so I didn't protest, but he did not mention that all of our our device plans were changed. I had several questions about the process while I was there and none of them were answered clearly. The plan change resulted in my wife losing her high-speed mobile hotspot data that she depends on for her work. I didn't find out about this until several days after the fact.
On the 2nd visit my wife set up an appointment to upgrade her phone, & the service she received there was nothing short of terrible. They offered no help whatsoever for her to set up the new phone, in purchasing accessories, or anything. She had to ask several times for help regarding how to set up her new phone, if she could purchase a screen protector, if she could get help installing it, etc. etc. She was being pushed out the door & was offered zero help with anything aside from taking her trade-in device and handing her the box with the new one. That was it. They didn't even open the damn box & power the device on before leaving her. She had an 11am appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and was out the door before 11:10 without even verifying that the device she just upgraded to even works.
We aren't from the area, but this is the closest Verizon store to us. If their goal is to get people to stay away, they're certainly doing a good job of it. I hope they can get it figured out, because our experience here was not good... We'll definitely be avoiding this store in the future...

Either the person or the website is lying- fact of the matter is that they should have the same information and I shouldn’t have to make a 40 minute drive just be told contradictory information and that you guys do not have what you website says. Please fix, thank you and have a good day!

Making people WAIT does not make this experience high quality!
I walked-in, no appointment and was told there was a 60 minute wait.
5 minutes later 4 employees were hanging in the front of the store gabbing.
Otherwise clean store. Nice folks.
Many functioning electronics models to explore.

My family traded in our phones for new phones so I was there for different family member over multiple days. Tristan was so helpful each day I was there to make the transition as easy as possible, even with one family member out of state. I so appreciate his help. He really went the extra mile to make sure everyone’s new phone worked and information was intact.

Horrible service. This shouldn't even happen. This is suppose to be a "corporate" location but they have no sense of prioritzing customers and act like robots. Dont waste your time at this location go somewhere else.

They really can't seem to do anything but sell you a new phone. And their customer service is about zero. It is typical to wait over an hour to get served.
